Go to the "hot" stage. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover the oven baking sheet with parchment, brush with oil. Put the dough in the form, put it in the oven. Bake for about half an hour, then cool to room temperature.

Done! You made a classic cupcake. The consistency of it is quite hard, reminiscent of dry biscuits or chocolate cake. But it is thanks to her that he keeps his forms perfectly. Serve in paper tins. Decorate with a scoop of strawberry ice cream - it will add romance.

The very first thing is to break the chocolate into pieces, and send it to the steam bath to melt. Who does not know about the steam bath, everything is simple. A saucepan with water on the stove, water boils, a colander is on top of the saucepan (not touching the water), and there is a container with chocolate in it.

While the chocolate is melting, let's make a mold. Cut one "heart".

From the bottom of the form, along the fold line we make an incision to about half the height of the form. At the end of this incision, we make another incision, transverse, cruciform, very small, so that a wooden skewer passes.

Now set the skewer in the slot, and check the readiness of the chocolate.

If the chocolate has already melted, mix it and gently pour it into the mold. In order not to leave any air bubbles, the mold can be slightly shaken, gently tap on the walls or gently mix the chocolate mass with a toothpick. We put the form in the refrigerator, and you can in the freezer to speed up the process.

Now pour liquid chocolate into a plastic cup. It will be a pot stand for our chocolate flower.

Let's wait a little, and when the chocolate mass slightly thickens, put three skewers in a glass. Everything can be sent to the fridge.

At intervals of 10 minutes, check how the chocolate hardens in the glass. It is necessary to catch the moment when you can easily remove the skewers, and the holes from them will remain.

I decided to take the initiative, melted some more white chocolate, and spoiled everything and made some ornaments. It is simple to do - you need to pour the melted chocolate into a conventional medical syringe, and squeeze it onto a sheet of parchment in the form of some kind of pattern. I, of course, have hearts.

When the chocolate finally froze in the heart-shaped mold, carefully remove the shape. At this stage, it is best to work with gloves, well, or to take chocolate, grabbing a piece of napkin or parchment, since chocolate melts very easily from the heat of the hands, and the shape may not become so neat.
  So, we have a heart on a stick. In theory, now you can pack it in a beautiful bag, tie it with a ribbon, and give it like a cockerel on a stick. And you can stick a skewer with a heart in the delivery-pot. A little decoration, and the gift is ready.

Of all the different forms and images, the shape of the heart is suitable for Valentine's Day like nothing else. At the same time make them at home from the most ordinary chocolate bars easy! Well, let's get down to the manufacture of the dessert itself. To do this, you and I will need to perform several actions that I have specially broken for you into easy steps.

1. Assemble all the necessary components.

Here, in fact, everything is quite simple, we need a very small amount of ingredients, most of which are already at home for everyone:

  • 2-3 bars of chocolate;
  • silicone molds, hearts;
  • butter knife (to gently cut chocolate out of molds, if it doesn’t come out well from there);
  • microwave;
  • freezer;
  • spoon;
  • deep cup.

In order for the melting process itself to go a little faster, the chocolate can be crumbled into small pieces and then carefully pour them into a prepared deep bowl. Make sure that there are no lumps in the chocolate, stir the resulting mass. In order to melt chocolate, in principle, it is usually enough just some 15 seconds in the microwave. But please, be careful not to burn the resulting chocolate mass, it can easily overheat, or even burn. Also you can use not a microwave, but a double boiler.

Peanuts, raisins, dried apricots, prunes, walnuts, almonds, seeds and other dry additives are perfect for such a dessert. You can also easily add berries, fruits, or even mix different types of chocolate - for example, white and dairy. It will be very original, and most importantly - delicious!

Now we need the heart molds that I mentioned earlier. Gently use a spoon to pour the chocolate into the forms, but please do not burn yourself. If you don’t have a special heart shape in your kitchen, pour some flat flat baking sheet with chocolate. And after it hardens, cut out the heart shape with a knife.

5. Leave the chocolate to harden in the freezer.

This process usually takes 2 to 4 minutes. Do not forget to cover the plate with chocolate forms with some kind of lid before putting it in the freezer. Personally, I have only one department in my home that serves to freeze food, so, unfortunately, there is a special mixed smell there. If you do not want your chocolate hearts  it smelled like frozen meat or other products stored there, the best thing is to cover the frosting tins.

6. Remove the resulting chocolate hearts from the molds.

If you frozen chocolate in silicone forms, you will not be difficult to get them from there. To do this, just give them a minute to stand at room temperature. If you are going to cut hearts out of a flat straight shape, make yourself special stencils that make it easier to cut the shape with a knife.
