In this case, a mixture of herbs and grated cheese should be used as a filling. Any fish from the same list can be prepared in salt shell. Ingredients:

- 5-6 potatoes
  - 500 g of fish
  - 2 tomatoes
  - 1 large onion
  - cheese
  - greenery
  - cream

We will need:

2 small fillets of cod or other white fish
  salt, black pepper - to taste
  2-3 tomatoes (I have 10 pieces of cherry tomatoes)
  5 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream 20-25%
  2 teaspoons of mustard (you can take coarse-grained, now I have the usual)
  100 g of hard cheese
  greenery

If the fillet is fresh, then there is no talk at all. If ice cream, defrost in the refrigerator for a day, dry a little with napkins.
  Cut the fish into large pieces, put in a baking dish (ceramic will be very good here), sprinkle with coarse salt and black pepper.
  By the way, if you have portioned tins, put them on them right away, and you can serve them in them.
  My tomatoes, at large we cut the stalk and shred in circles, and cut the cherry into halves.
  Again, randomly (such a day) we scatter the fish fillet.

● Trout fillet - 500 - 600 grams.
  ● Potato - 1.5 kg.
  ● Sour cream - 500 grams.
  ● Cheese - 200 grams.
  ● Salt, black pepper to taste.

  ● Greens - dill, parsley, cilantro.
  ● Lemon - 1 piece.

Cooking:

  6. Pour milk, bring the mixture to a boil and continue to simmer another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste, mix.
  8. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  9. Grease a baking sheet with butter or vegetable oil, fill it with potatoes.
  10. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and put on top of the potatoes.
  11. Pour the prepared sauce over the dish and put the baking sheet in the oven.
  12. Bake fish at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
