This cream combines simply perfectly with sour cream dough in a very simple but delicious cake. Knead the dough from 1.5 cups of sugar, 1.5 cups of wheat flour. 1.5 cups sour cream, 3 eggs, soda or baking powder. Divide it into 3 parts, add 0.5 cups of steamed poppy seeds, nuts and raisins to each. Bake the cakes at 195 degrees for 25-30 minutes, cool and coat with kefir cream. Let the cake soak, and after 5-6 hours you can treat your guests.

Preparing such a cream is very simple, the most important thing is to buy fresh fatty kefir and strain it on gauze for 6-8 hours so that the kefir turns into a thick mass.
