You can choose different fillings for pita bread - crab sticks, cheese, mushrooms, chicken, greens, Korean carrots, ham, red or canned fish, cottage cheese, herbs and even herring oil. So, let's take a debriefing - how and what to cook, so that it is tasty and simple, satisfying and beautiful. We will fry the rolls in a pan, bake in the oven and simply, pre-greased with sauce and aged in the refrigerator, cut to the festive table. There are a lot of recipes, I tried everything on my guests and household members - they are all good. Choose any!

Rolls with cheese and garlic

The most popular appetizer for any table - cheese with garlic and mayonnaise, will serve you in different ways. You can simply put it in a bowl and serve. You can roll Rafaelo-type balls from it, or spread it on pita bread and get several options for an excellent snack.

Cheese and Garlic Stuffing

There is expanse for creativity here, so I will not give exact proportions, experiment, I will give only the basis.

Products:

  1. Hard cheese or good quality processed cheese;
  2. Garlic;
  3. Mayonnaise.

How to cook:

If you use processed cheese, my advice is to put them in the freezer for a while, they will rub better.

So, the cheese is grated (on a fine grater, the appetizer will be more airy, on a large grater it will be denser, see how you like it). The garlic was crushed, mayonnaise was added (it is better to use homemade mayonnaise), everything was thoroughly mixed, put in a bowl and decorated, everything can be served.

Second option- roll balls from the snack like Rafaelo, you can put a nut, prunes inside, you can run in coconut or chopped nuts. Lay beautifully on a lettuce leaf - the appetizer is ready!

Third option- we take a thin pita bread, pre-lubricate with a little mayonnaise so that our pita bread is soaked and not dry, we apply a snack, roll it up and send it in a bag to the refrigerator. There it will soak for a couple of hours and it will be possible to cut it on the table.

Advice: know the measure - if you overdo it with mayonnaise, the roll will break apart when cut, if you spread it a little, it will be dry. You can also do this: immediately cut the pita bread into strips of the desired size, and then form rolls from them.

Rolls of Armenian thin lavash with crab sticks

Crab roll in pita bread is probably one of the most popular and frequent guests at festive feasts. The filling is tender, spicy, and delicious.

Products:

  • 1 pack of two-sheet thin pita bread
  • Pack of crab sticks
  • A pack of soft processed cheese such as Yantar
  • gram 100 hard cheese
  • Greenery

How to cook:

First lay out one sheet on the table, grease it with soft cheese (half a pack). Cut the crab sticks, grate the cheese, rinse the greens, let the water drain so that it is not wet.
Put half of the sticks on soft cheese, sprinkle with cheese, put greens. Roll everything up and send it to the refrigerator for impregnation, after wrapping it in a film. Then take out, carefully cut and put on lettuce leaves. Beautiful, delicious, simple!

Rolls with mushrooms and cheese baked in the oven

This pita appetizer is perfect for a festive feast and for breakfast for the household.

Components:

  1. Champignon mushrooms (or others to taste) - 300 g;
  2. Cheese - 100 g;
  3. Lavash - 1 of 2 sheets;
  4. 2 onions;
  5. Mayonnaise or sour cream.

Cooking:

First, let's prepare the filling. Wash mushrooms, cut into slices.

Onion - a cube. Fry the onion in oil, then add the mushrooms to it. All fry, salt. Add ground pepper, taste it, so that it is spicy - the pita bread is insipid!

When the mushrooms have cooled, we make an appetizer.

Unfold the first sheet first. Lubricate with mayonnaise or, for example, lightly pesto sauce, put mushrooms on the edge close to you, you can sprinkle with more cheese, if you have enough of it, roll it up. Do the same with the second sheet.

Cut into pieces, put on a greased baking sheet, grease with sour cream or mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and send to the oven. Enough minutes 10 at 180 gr. delicious!

Rolls with mushrooms and cabbage

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Armenian lavash, 2 sheets each (you get 10 rolls);
  2. 0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms;
  3. 1 small fork of cabbage;
  4. 2 carrots;
  5. 0.5 kilo of onion.

Peel the mushrooms - remove the skin, wash, cut into thin slices. Next, take 4 onions, cut into cubes and fry in sunflower oil (take refined so that there is no smell). Add the mushrooms to the fried onion (when it is already golden) and start frying them together with the onion. In the meantime, chop the cabbage, pour half a glass of water into the cauldron and put the cabbage to simmer over low heat under the lid. Stir periodically like this - either cabbage or mushrooms.

When the mushrooms are already well fried, salt them, add spices (I added dried dill, you can, if available, fresh), ground ginger, coriander. Then I added a spoonful of tomato to the mushrooms, mixed everything thoroughly.

At this time, our cabbage was already stewing - we look, we try. It should not become soft, that is, when you try it, such a light crunch should remain in it - then the filling will turn out delicious.
I add mushrooms to the cauldron to the cabbage, mix everything, add salt and spices again (after all, we still have cabbage without anything), let it boil and turn it off.

Everything, spread on plates and let the filling cool. As soon as your filling is completely cool, unfold the pita bread. Spread the filling on it along one edge, wrap it in a roll, cut it.
Put the frying pan on the stove, pour in some oil, and when the oil heats up well, put your pita pancakes on it. Literally a minute or two and they will be ready, so watch carefully, turn over in time. As soon as the pancakes are reddened, remove and put on a plate. They are so delicious - ruddy, crispy and just melt in your mouth! Pour tea or juice into cups and feed your household. Bon appetit!

Rolls with beans

This is a wonderful and tasty dish for fasting, you can cook it for your relatives for breakfast, take it with you to work or take your child to school. Nourishing and healthy, because the beans have many useful properties, and when else is it, if not in the post?
I buy red beans, soak them in water overnight. In the morning, I drain the water, and put our beans to cook on a slow fire. While it is cooking, I fry an onion in a pan (cut it into cubes), a carrot (usually rub it on a coarse grater) and put it aside.

When the beans are ready - (that is, completely soft, but not brought to such a state that they fall apart), you need to pound them with a mortar - just like mashed potatoes. Then we add our overcooked onion with carrots to it, salt, pepper, add any spices to taste. You can (even need to) add finely chopped greens (whatever you like, or whatever is available), I prefer cilantro, parsley or dill.

All this is well mixed, and if you see that the filling is too thick, add a little oil there. But do not overdo it, our rolls will still be fried in a pan.

That's all, unfold one sheet, spread with stuffing, roll into a roll and cut into five parts.
We got these cute pancakes. Fry them in butter in a pan for just a minute or two to get golden - put them on a plate, pour some tea and start eating. Bon appetit!

We will need:

  • some pate
  • Pita
  • Mayonnaise

We buy Armenian thin lavash, usually there are 2 sheets in a package. We unfold the first sheet, grease it lightly with mayonnaise (the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the rolls will fall apart too much), and you can’t not spread it with mayonnaise, because they will be dry. Put inside herring oil, herbs, fresh cucumber, cut into cubes, you can red bell pepper - it will look beautiful in the context and add a touch of taste to the dish.
