Ingredients:

Fat-free kefir: 300 grams

Honey: 40 grams

Gelatin 15-20 gr (optional)

Ripe soft bananas: 2 pieces

Cooking:

Unfortunately, the dessert does not always harden well, it depends on many factors, especially on the quality of kefir. Therefore, if desired, 15-20 grams of gelatin can be added to the dessert. To do this, pour gelatin with a small amount of warm water, let it swell and heat until completely dissolved (DO NOT BOIL!) Over low heat, cool a little and add to kefir, mix well, then combine with honey and bananas according to the recipe, etc. It will be enough for 2 hours to harden.

You can experiment with this dessert by adding other fruits as desired and supplementing with various powders or icing.

After all the goodies of the culinary site - a tight dress, jeans do not converge, that is, it's time for a diet. But abruptly switching to a dietary diet is quite difficult, especially for gourmets like me.

Each of us struggles with extra pounds in our own way. For me personally, a strict diet has never been a solution to a situation associated with being overweight. The nervous system is still more expensive. What am I doing?

First. I never allow excess weight of more than 5 kg. The less excess weight, the more effective the fight.

Second. I stop all chewing processes after 17.00. The only exceptions are apples and kefir.

And third. Since I am not a fan of strict diets, I do fasting days. On such days, I don’t recognize any cereals (oatmeal, buckwheat), but I eat exclusively, either baked apples, or oranges, or cocktails based on low-fat kefir or yogurt with various fruits. For one day, not saturated with nourishing food, no one has yet died of hunger.

Banana dessert is my favorite fast food. It is done quite simply, there is no feeling of hunger and it is very tasty.

To prepare a dessert, I take three ripe, even overripe bananas, a glass of fat-free kefir and honey. Kefir can be replaced with a glass of yogurt. Sugar was replaced with honey purposefully, after all, the dessert is intended for a fasting day.


I cut bananas into pieces. I grind with a blender.


I add a tablespoon of honey (liquid).


Kefir or yogurt and beat again.


If I need a double rate of dessert, I pour the crushed contents into a wider container and beat with a mixer.
