  1. First, pour gelatin with 200 milliliters of chilled cream, let it stand and swell, then pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat until the gelatin crystals are completely dissolved.
  2. Pour the remaining cream into a bowl, crumble the chocolate there, and then place the container either in the microwave or in a water bath. When the chocolate has melted, pour this composition into the cream with gelatin dissolved in them, also add vanillin and mix everything thoroughly again.
  3. Pour the chocolate-creamy liquid mass into molds, send to the refrigerator.
