First of all, we prepare a delicious homemade salad dressing - we combine finely chopped washed and dried greens, crushed / grated garlic, pepper, juice and oil. Mix well.

Boil shrimp in salted water.

To serve, the salad can be garnished with fresh herbs or grated hard cheese.

On a note. Shrimps are always dipped in boiling water. As soon as the water boils again, we note the cooking time: 2-3 minutes are enough for small shrimps, 5 minutes for medium ones, and 8-10 minutes for large ones.

Arugula Recipe

Interesting and original salad with arugula and shrimp:

  • tiger prawns - 10 units;
  • arugula - 80 gr;
  • avocado - 200 gr;
  • Parmesan - 60 gr;
  • cherry tomatoes - 80 gr;
  • pine nuts - 10 gr;
  • flower honey - 20 gr;
  • lime - 1;
  • soy sauce - 10 gr;
  • balsamic cream - 10 gr;
  • olive oil - 35 ml;
  • salt, pepper.

We start cooking with dressing: we combine oil, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, sauce and cream. If desired, lime zest can also be crushed and added to the dressing. Mix everything and leave to soak while the salad itself is being prepared.

Wash and dry the arugula. Also wash the avocado, remove the peel from it and cut into medium cubes. Rinse the tomatoes and cut in halves. We make cheese into thin slices.

Heat up the oil in a frying pan. While it is heating, wash the shrimp. Dip the shrimp in the oil, add a little salt and pepper, fry for 5-6 minutes.

We collect the salad: put the leaves of arugula on the bottom of the salad bowl, shrimp and cheese go on top. Arrange the cherry on the edges. Pour dressing over everything, sprinkle with nuts. Can be served at the table.

Warm salad with lentils and shrimps

For 5 servings you will need:

  • lentils - 250 gr;
  • celery - stalk;
  • onion and carrot - 1 unit each;
  • garlic cloves - 2;
  • water - 3 glasses;
  • thyme greens - 25 gr;
  • parsley - a few branches;
  • large shrimp - 16 pcs.;
  • olive. butter;
  • balsamic vinegar;
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tsp;
  • salt and pepper.

Thoroughly rinse the cereal until the flowing water becomes clear. Put it in a saucepan and let it boil. Don't forget to salt the water. After boiling water, the fire should be set to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook for about half an hour.

While the cereal is cooking, prepare the carrots and onions: wash, peel, chop as if for soup frying. Fry in oil, adding grated garlic and a couple of whole sprigs of thyme. After frying, the thyme must be removed and discarded. Finely chop the remaining branches.

In a separate bowl, put the washed shrimp, chopped thyme, pour a spoonful of oil and vinegar. We leave to marinate a little, stirring occasionally - it will take about a quarter of an hour. Then heat a little oil in a frying pan and put the shrimp in it, along with the marinade. Fry for five to seven minutes.

Put shrimp, lentils, chopped parsley in a deep salad bowl. Add the rest of the oil, vinegar, mustard, a little salt as a dressing. Mix everything, decorate with fresh herbs. You can use shrimp as decoration.

With the addition of pomelo

  • 300 gr shrimp;
  • the pulp of a peeled small pomelo;
  • fresh carrot;
  • Bell pepper;
  • 2 table. l. orange juice, sesame oil, crushed peanuts;
  • 1 table. l. grape seed oils;
  • a quarter tea l. chili pepper.

Fry the shrimp in grapeseed oil for a few minutes.

Three carrots, cut the pepper into thin strips, break the pomelo into not very large pieces, mix everything. Juice, chili and sesame. mix the oil. We combine vegetables and citrus with shrimp and season with sauce.

Salad "Royal" with red caviar, shrimps and crab sticks

  • peeled shrimp - 300 gr;
  • crab sticks - 250 gr;
  • squid - 300 gr;
  • caviar - 50-70 gr;
  • hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • mayonnaise - 200 gr.

First, we prepare the squids: pour over with boiling water, clean from the skin and entrails, boil in salted boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Next, they need to be poured over with boiling water and cut into strips.

Shrimps are prepared: rinsed, boiled in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the sticks into thin strips, chop the cheese coarsely, squeeze the garlic with a press. We combine all the components in a deep salad bowl, add caviar and season with mayonnaise.

Caesar salad with shrimps

Caesar with shrimp is an interesting version of the well-known Caesar salad based on seafood.

To prepare a dish for two servings, the following products are needed:

  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;
  • Parmesan cheese - 40-50 gr;
  • large shrimp - 10 units;
  • May honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon juice - 1.5 tsp;
  • olive. oil - 1 tbsp. l. for the marinade and a little for frying;
  • salt - a couple of pinches;
  • pepper;
  • salad croutons with garlic - 30 gr;
  • Caesar salad dressing.

First of all, wash and marinate the shrimp in salt, pepper, oil and honey. It will take half an hour to marinate.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp carcasses on each side for 3-5 minutes. Readiness is determined by the transparency of the meat - the whiter it is, the better the shrimp is fried, that is, raw and transparent carcasses should become dull.

Rinse the lettuce thoroughly, dry it, manually tear it into small pieces and put it in a salad bowl. Pour a little Caesar dressing over and mix. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, then grated cheese and last - shrimp. Pour sauce over everything and serve immediately.

On a note. To make lettuce leaves crispier and look as fresh as possible, soak them in cold water an hour before cooking.

Salad "Sea cocktail"

  • shrimp - 300 gr;
  • squid - 250 gr;
  • red caviar - 140 gr;
  • eggs - 5 units;

As before, we prepare the shrimp by rinsing them in water and boiling until tender in salted water with herbs.

We also boil the eggs until cooked - 5-6 minutes after boiling water.

Calamari can be used canned or fresh. In the first case, the brine is simply drained from them and cut into strips, in the second, they are boiled in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then cooled, cut into strips.

The salad is collected in layers: squid straws, grated yolks, a layer of mayonnaise, half of the prepared shrimp, grated proteins, a layer of mayonnaise, an even layer of caviar. Spread the remaining shrimp tails around the salad, decorate with olives and herbs.

Shrimp potato salad

  • potatoes - 4 units;
  • eggs - 2 large;
  • medium or large shrimp - 300-350 gr;
  • capers - a couple of tables. l.;
  • feathers of a young onion;
  • olive oil - a couple of tables. l.;
  • lemon juice - a third of a glass;
  • light mayonnaise - half a glass;
  • salt and pepper.

Boil potatoes and eggs until tender, cool and peel. Boil the shrimp until cooked and cool, if unpeeled were bought - clean. Finely chop the capers and onion. Eggs and potatoes are cut into pieces, cut into cubes, smaller in size by half from the peeled shrimp.

Mix mayonnaise, oil and juice. Combine all prepared products and season with sauce.

  • halves of a lemon fruit;
  • couples table. l. homemade or low-fat store-bought mayonnaise;

  • a quarter teaspoon l. chili sauce;
  • pinches of salt.

Step-by-step process of preparing products for salad:

  1. Defrost shrimp at room temperature in advance, rinse.
  2. Beat the egg and a couple of tablespoons of water until a homogeneous liquid is obtained. Add pepper and salt, mix again.
  3. Dip the shrimp carcasses in the egg, then roll in flour a little and fry in hot oil on both sides.
  4. Wash all vegetables, peel. Remove seeds from pepper.
  5. Cut the pepper into a not very large cube, cut the tomato in the same way.
  6. Lettuce leaves can be picked with your hands or not coarsely chopped.
  7. Combine chopped vegetables and fried shrimp in a salad bowl. Leave a few shrimp for garnish.

Seasoning preparation:

  1. Peel the onion and chop very finely. Do the same with cucumbers.
  2. Mix the onion, cucumbers with the remaining components of the sauce.

Light salad "Tenderness" with pineapple

For 2 servings you need to take:

  • 400 gr of champignons;
  • 3 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 130 gr peeled shrimp guns;
  • 130 gr canned pineapple;
  • 80 gr parmesan;
  • 200 gr mayonnaise;
  • 50 gr post. raf. oils.

We wash the mushrooms, clean if necessary. We cut into thin slices and fry in oil until the liquid is almost completely grown. Boil shrimp in boiling salted water. Boil the egg until done.
