Yeast dough on sour cream comes out no worse than traditional, but it needs a little more time for the approach. To improve the result, use the kneading method of kneading, and sour cream should be warm, like other products. The dough is malleable, this allows you to make buns of various shapes.

We divide the dough into two or three parts, roll them into balls, wrap them with cling film (torn disposable bag) and hide in the refrigerator for half an hour. After we get one ball at a time and roll out. The thickness of the layer depends on which cookie is preferable - crispy or softer. Cut the figures with special molds or an ordinary glass. Dip on one side in sugar.

  • poppy seeds, any nuts, raisins, “drunk” cherries - to your taste, will be used for filling;
  • black or milk chocolate - 205 g.

Beat the mixture until smooth and add the products for the filling. Stir until the filling is evenly distributed, and pour in the flour. The dough should come out in density, like a pancake. If necessary, add flour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Lubricate the form with fat and sprinkle with flour. Bake for 40-55 minutes. To test readiness, stick a dry match in the middle. If, when pulled out, it remains the same, the cake can be removed. Melt the chocolate and immediately pour it onto the cake.

Sour cream cake

Required Products:

  • sour cream - 255 g;
  • flour - 275 g;
  • sugar - 205 g;
  • any peeled nuts, raisins, candied fruits - to choose from;
  • fresh chicken eggs - 2 pcs. medium-sized;
  • soda - half tsp.

Manufacture:

  1. Pour sour cream into a bowl, lay eggs and beat until smooth. Put soda (do not extinguish), sugar and all flour. Whip again. Grind the nuts in a mortar or in a blender. Add to the dough.
  2. Preheat the oven (200 ° C), grease the mold and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough and bake for 25 minutes. To check readiness we use a match test.

Required Products:

  • sour cream - 205 g;
  • flour - 2.75 st .;
  • fresh yeast - 24 g, dry - 10 g;
  • margarine (oil, spread) - 250 g;
  • yolks of medium-sized eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
  • grated cheese (not sharp) - 155 g;
  • salt is a pinch.

Manufacture:

  1. We drown margarine (spread) in a water bath, salt. Pour sour cream into a bowl and mix with margarine. If raw yeast is used, mix them with the resulting mixture. If dry - with sifted flour. Mix everything and add cheese. Knead the dough (should be tight enough).

After again, roll out a thickness of 2 cm, cut out circles with a shape or a glass. Grease each yolk with water. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, lay the blanks on a baking sheet parchment-covered with parchment and bake for 20 minutes.

Overdue sour cream can be safely used in food, but only in recipes that imply its heat treatment. It is better not to eat a fermented milk product overdue for more than two weeks, as well as one that has acquired a bitter taste and unpleasant odor.
