These fake chebureks are delicious both warm and cold. They keep well in the refrigerator, so they can be prepared in advance and served for breakfast. But fresh and crunchy, it always tastes better.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 500 gr
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • flour - 100 gr
  • salt pepper
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • minced meat - 250 gr
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pinch of salt
  • ground black pepper
  • hard cheese - 100 gr

Prepare all the ingredients, and the cooking process will be much easier. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.

If the zucchini is large, then use only the pulp. The skin must be peeled and large seeds removed. You can take young small vegetables.

We rub on a large cloth grater. If you grind with a blender into a homogeneous puree, but you will have to add more flour to the dough.

We salt the zucchini, and leave, we need them to let the juice go. After 5-10 minutes, the zucchini will release juice. Wash your hands, pick up a small amount of grated zucchini in your hands, and squeeze the juice. Transfer the squeezed vegetables to another bowl. So squeeze all the grated vegetables.

The season of zucchini is coming, we love them very much, and often cook them, but zucchini chebureks have become a favorite lately. They are prepared without oil, in a dry non-stick frying pan.

It turns out a very tasty and satisfying dish. The dough recipe is a bit unusual. So try, cook, because the season of young zucchini is in full swing.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5-2 cups of milk
  • dill greens 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • any vegetable oil
  • 1.5-2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (optional)

Filling:

  • 500-600 grams of chicken meat
  • 1 bulb
  • salt pepper

First, let's prepare the filling. Twist the meat through a meat grinder. You can take a fillet, or a thigh. If you take a leg or thigh, remove the bone and skin, cut the meat into pieces and chop into a meat grinder.

We clean the onion, and skip it along with the meat. Add salt and pepper. Pour a little water, if you take a fillet, then the minced meat turns out to be dry, and to make it juicier, I pour in water.

If you do not add water, the minced meat will be crumbly and dry. Fry the meat in a frying pan lightly greased with vegetable oil. If you do not want to fry, boil the chicken, and pass through a meat grinder.

Fry for about 5-10 minutes, turn off the heat, pour everything, and cool. In the meantime, while the meat is fried, prepare the zucchini dough.

Wash the vegetable, cut into cubes, add 2 eggs, salt, and chop with a submersible blender.

Add flour, milk, mix everything well with a whisk. And at the end we add greens.
