  • I adapted my grandmother's usual recipe.

  • While stirring the dough (constantly stir before pouring it into the pan !!), I scoop it with a ladle and bake it like a regular pancake.
  • Pancakes are very thin, but I turn over! With spatula and fingers.

  • Then from the pan to a plate (I then warm them up in the microwave if they cool down).

When the kneading is over, put a frying pan on the fire, and put a piece of butter on it, or pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil. It is important to remember that when heated, there is no difference between sunflower and olive oil, due to the fact that high temperature destroys all the beneficial substances in them. After the pan has warmed up, pour 2 tablespoons of dough onto it. If the mass is quite thick, and does not spread over the entire area, carefully add another spoon. You will need:

  • 2 proteins;
  • 1.5 st. l. oat bran;
  • 1.5 st. l. low-fat cottage cheese;
  • skimmed milk (if needed)

  1. Whisk the whites.
  2. Mix the protein mass with oat bran and cottage cheese. Everything must be uniform.
  3. If necessary, add milk so that the dough does not come out so thick.

  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 ml milk (0 percent fat content);

  • soda and salt (a pinch each);
  • 1 sugar substitute tablet;
  • 300 g minced meat (beef or chicken);
  • 1 onion;
  • spices (optional)

Cooking

  1. Beat milk, salt and eggs until fluffy.
  2. Add cottage cheese, soda and sugar substitute to the mass.
  3. Gently fold in the corn starch into the batter (there should be no lumps). Beat until everything is homogeneous.
  4. Add boiling water and stir.
  5. Put a few drops of oil in the pan and smear with a napkin.
  6. Bake pancakes, as usual, in a hot pan.
  7. To prepare the filling, cut the onion into small cubes.
  8. Fry the minced meat and chopped onion in a pan until tender (do not add vegetable oil).
  9. Salt and add spices.
  10. Put part of the filling on the pancake, wrap it with an envelope.
  11. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes.

In this recipe, you can replace the meat filling with any other that fits this stage of the Dukan diet.

Banana pancake recipe

The recipe for these pancakes is suitable for those who love fruits, but cannot afford to eat them yet. This dish will help bring down the edge.


You will need:

  • 2 tbsp. l. oat bran;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 st. l. wheat bran;
  • 4 sugar substitute tablets (in powder form);
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of kefir with zero fat content;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 2 drops of aromatic "banana";
  • 1 st. l. soy isolate.

Cooking

  1. In one container, mix all the above ingredients with a fork. You should end up with a mass similar to semolina porridge in density.
  2. Grease a frying pan with a couple of drops of oil and put the dough on it using a tablespoon.
  3. Fry the fritters on both sides.
  4. According to the recipe, you should get about 10 small fritters, which, when hot, emit a banana flavor.

Needed for the test:

  • 10 st. spoons of bran;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 150 ml skimmed milk;
  • soda and salt (a pinch).

You will need for the filling:

  • 400 g fat-free cottage cheese;
  • 20 sugar substitute tablets;
  • 100 ml low-fat milk;
  • 1 egg.

Cooking

  1. Grind bran into flour.
  2. Fill it with milk and eggs.
  3. While stirring, add baking soda and salt. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.
  4. Drizzle oil on the pan, wipe with a napkin. To warm.
  5. Fry pancakes until half cooked so that they are not overdried.
  6. To prepare the filling, grind the cottage cheese through a sieve.
  7. Add the ingredients from the list to it (in terms of density, you should get a mass, like fat sour cream).
  8. Put about a spoonful of cottage cheese (with a slide) on each pancake. Wrap in an envelope.
  9. Lightly dry the spring rolls in a frying pan over low heat (5 minutes on each side).

fish fritters

Delicious, healthy and simple - these pancakes will become a favorite dish of all family members (even if there is no need to go on a diet).

You will need:

  • 400 g pollock (fillet);
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1.5 st. spoons of oat bran;
  • greens (parsley, onion, dill);
  • salt;
  • pepper (optional)

Cooking

  1. Chop pollock fillet and peeled onion in a meat grinder.
  2. Add bran, egg, black pepper, salt to minced meat. Mix.
  3. Finely chop the greens, add to minced fish.
  4. Heat up a frying pan without adding oil. Fry pancakes on it on both sides.
