Serve it with your favorite sauce, or ideally with soy, and a glass of white wine will not hurt this dish, and you will get an unexpected pleasure. As for side dishes, boiled rice is just perfect for air grilled salmon, it will turn out very tasty, and most importantly, a healthy lunch or dinner.
