6. Fill the rolls with salted water, the liquid should barely cover them. We stretch the foil, put it all in the oven. We cook for an hour at 180 degrees.

Awesome puff pastry recipe. For such rolls, you can take chicken or any minced meat, even with a lot of fat. Puff pastry without yeast, one package is enough.

4. Roll out the dough, spread the filling on it, distribute it in an even layer, leaving a centimeter from each edge. We twist one roll, then cut into pieces no more than three centimeters.

5. Pour potatoes onto vegetables in a cauldron, stir, level, lay out rolls with minced meat, pour boiling water over all this, salt. The water should cover the rolls. After cooking, it will become much smaller.

6. Turn on the stove, cook after boiling for 40 minutes, make a small fire. When serving the dish to the table, we collect potatoes and several rolls in each serving, pour over the broth, sprinkle with herbs.

Dough rolls with minced meat "Burekas"

A wonderful dish traditionally served with mushroom sauce. But this is not necessary, without it you get great pastries. The sauce recipe is also given here, it is prepared on the basis of ordinary champignons. For rolls, puff pastry is used without the addition of yeast.

  • We cut the pork ham across the fibers into layers about 2 cm thick, place each between two layers of cling film and beat it into a thin layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - and let them lie down for now.
  • We put the quail eggs to boil - they need to boil for 5 minutes until cooked. Then we lower it into cold water, peel it from the shell.

  • In a thick-walled frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and, over high heat, quickly fry the roll on all sides until golden brown.
  • We shift the roll into a baking dish, pour hot broth, cover with a lid or seal with foil, pierce a couple of holes with a thin wooden toothpick to release excess steam. By the way: if we make the broth from cubes, then we take into account that they are very salty - we do not salt the pork.
  • We put in the oven, heated to 200 °. After half an hour, you can lower the temperature to 180 ° and bake for about an hour. You can turn the roll. We check readiness as usual: we pierce the roll with a toothpick, the juice goes clear - it's ready.
  • We take out the finished roll and leave it closed in the form for 15-20 minutes - to reach it. Serve, cut into slices, with a spicy green salad.
  • The same roll can be prepared using chicken breasts instead of pork, which we cut into layers along and beat off. The actions are the same, only we do not bandage the roll, but grease it with vegetable oil and wrap it in foil. The broth is not needed in this recipe. Bake in the oven at 200° for about 40 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, you can open the foil so that the roll is browned.
  • The ingredients are for one medium roll. Mince - any to your taste. You can mix several types of meat.


    Prepare the dough like dumplings. Mix eggs with water for this, salt, add sifted flour, knead elastic dough. You need as much flour as the dough will “take”. For juiciness, you can add a little water to the minced meat.

Onions should be cut into half rings, carrots, tomatoes and sweet peppers into small slices. This time I didn't have tomato and sweet pepper, but they taste better with them. Even if I cook with tomato, I still add tomato paste.


    Fry onion and carrot in a deep frying pan or saucepan in sunflower oil for 1 minute, add pepper and tomato, fry everything together for another minute, add tomato paste, mix, pour water or broth so that later the roll is half in liquid, salt . Bring to a boil, lower the heat to a low simmer, and place the roll in the pan, seam side down. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes.


    Put the finished roll in a large dish, pour over the vegetable sauce, sprinkle with your favorite herbs, cut into portions. This roll goes well with sour cream. But delicious without it. It does not need a side dish, it is an independent dish. You can steam this dish like manti. But stew, for my taste, it turns out more juicy and tasty. A roll stewed with vegetables is also suitable for a festive table, and is good as an everyday meal. Sometimes I serve a sliced ​​roll to guests as a cold appetizer. It is very convenient to cook 2 or 3 rolls at once and freeze part of it in the freezer, and cook if necessary. The process of preparing a frozen roll is absolutely identical.
