I don’t mind eating sandwiches for breakfast, but I don’t buy store-bought sausage for a long time. I prefer to cook boiled pork from different types of meat at home. Then I know for sure that I eat meat, I can decide for myself which spices to use.

Today I want to offer you the easiest and easiest way to cook practically diet chicken breast pork.

We will prepare all the products according to the list. You can use spices for chicken ham according to your taste.

First of all, we will prepare the coating in which we will bake the chicken breast. To do this, mix all the spices from the list of ingredients.

Add olive or any vegetable oil. Mix the spices well with the oil until a slurry is obtained.

We coat each chicken fillet with the resulting slurry of spices.

  • the components of the marinade are water and salt (instead of water, mayonnaise, dark beer, kefir, vinegar or lemon juice diluted to the desired consistency can be used).

Cooking method:

  1. Initially remove the skin from the chicken and remove the bone (optional, some gourmets prefer to leave the meat on the bones so that the chicken does not lose its shape).
  2. The main step is to soak the prepared meat in a strong salty marinade for at least two hours (you can soak overnight).
  3. Prepare the sauce by mixing the ketchup with your choice of seasonings.
  4. Thoroughly coat the chicken with the sauce, which you first pierce in several places with a fork for better penetration of the dressing into the meat.
  5. Place a large enough sheet of foil on a baking sheet and carefully wrap the chicken breasts in it so that they are tightly packed.
  6. Poke a few small holes in the top for air to escape.
  7. Put the semi-finished product in the oven (250 degrees) for 15 minutes.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the treat to cool (40 or 60 minutes).

Chicken breast ham is a great substitute for any sausage, you just need to keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts;
  • 1 teaspoon each of hot red (chili), black ground and sweet chopped bell pepper, garlic powder and salt (the composition of spices can be changed at will);
  • 1 tablespoon oil (preferably olive oil)

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the mixture for coating - mix all the spices with the oil.
  2. Coat the chicken with the prepared mixture (pre-soaking is not required).
  3. Wrap in foil and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Send to the oven (180 degrees) for half an hour.

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh chicken breasts;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. To get started, prepare everything you need - products, a sleeve and a circular (tubular) bandage of size 3 (you can buy it at any pharmacy for a penny or replace it with threads).
  2. Crush the garlic in a garlic press, grate or chop very finely.
  3. Separate the chicken fillet from the bones, and cut into thin strips (like chops).
  4. Salt, pepper the meat and sprinkle it with garlic.
  5. Fill the bandage very tightly with chicken pieces, after tying one end with a knot.
  6. Put the resulting roll in the sleeve, which you need to tie and pierce.
  7. Bake the boiled pork in the oven (220 degrees) for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let the treat cool, and only then remove the bandage.

How to cook in a pan

Excellent boiled pork at home can be cooked without using an oven, for example, fry in a frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts, in which the meat must be separated from the bone base;
  • 2 prunes;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • black pepper (both peas and ground are suitable);
  • 3-4 garlic cloves;
  • 2 tablespoons mustard with seeds (French).

Cooking method:

  1. Take a deep frying pan and lay two layers of foil in it.
  2. Put exactly half of all spices at the bottom, including one prunes.
  3. Rub all the chicken pieces with salt and lay them on top of the spices.
  4. Sprinkle the meat with the remaining spices on top and put the second dried fruit there.
  5. Wrap the foil tightly and fill the pan with about half the water (the water must not seep into the foil).
  6. Cover the pan with a lid, turn on the high heat and wait for the water to boil.
  7. Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook with the lid closed for 2 hours, constantly monitoring the water level.
  8. The most delicious boiled pork is ready - it can be eaten hot, but it is advisable to cool for several hours.

Chicken ham in a slow cooker

Another option to do without an oven is to cook no less tasty boiled pork in a slow cooker. For this method, any of the recipes described above is suitable - you can mix spices with butter and coat meat with them, you can pre-soak the breasts in a salty marinade, and then soak in ketchup with seasonings, and so on. In the case of a multicooker, only the process of direct cooking changes.

Cooking method:

  1. Wrap the prepared breasts well in foil.
  2. Lubricate the container in the multicooker with any oil and put the future boiled pork there.
  3. Set the "Baking" mode and cook the meat for 35 minutes, then turn the chicken on the other side and hold for another 25 minutes.
  4. Let the meat cool, and then hide in the cold for 2 hours.

  • a liter of milk;

  • Liter of cow's milk.
  • A couple of chicken fillets.
  • Sea salt, aromatic herbs and spices.

Since we are preparing boiled pork from it, all the ingredients must be put into it. To begin with, milk and two tablespoons of sea salt are sent to the bowl of the device. All this is brought to a boil, chicken is added there, and after five minutes they turn on the heating mode and wait about two hours.   • fragrant brine: put a few black peppercorns, bay leaves, aromatic herbs, any spices into ½ liter of water and bring to a boil, then cool

Place in a large bowl, pour salt brine, and then also fragrant. Put in a cold place for several days (you can keep it for 5 days, but watch the air temperature - not lower than 0 ° and not higher than + 7 °). At the end of marinating, the chicken fillet should be syringed with the brine in which our meat was marinated. Marinade is drawn into the syringe and injected into the meat in several places. It is also customary to stuff meat with carrots and garlic before cooking. These three actions will eventually get a tasty, juicy and fragrant snack.

Approximate calculation of ingredients per 1 kg. chicken fillet:

  • carrot - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • salt and pepper - as you like

Wrap stuffed and stuffed tightly with thread, sprinkle with salt and pepper, wrap in several layers of foil and put in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 30 - 40 minutes. Preferably overnight, but you can also a couple of hours before cooking, rub the chicken fillet with a generous portion of salt and freshly ground pepper. Half an hour before baking, we remove the meat from the refrigerator, and in the meantime, we start kneading a paste from a pinch of fresh rosemary and sage leaves, lemon juice and garlic cloves. With the resulting paste, evenly cover the fillet on all sides, and then wrap it with a sheet of foil.

The fillet should be baked in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 17 minutes, and then another half an hour at 80 degrees, but if you decide to cook chicken breast pork in a slow cooker, then turn on “Baking” for 45 minutes or in accordance with the power of a particular device.

Chicken breast in foil

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1.2 kg;
  • dried onion and garlic - 3 g each;
  • ground cumin - 3 g;
  • dried chili - 3 g;
  • dried paprika - 5 g;
  • oregano - 2 g;
  • vegetable oil - 25 ml.

Cooking

Before you cook chicken breast pork, we take on a dry mixture of spices for rubbing meat. To prepare it, it is enough to combine dried onions with garlic, chili, paprika and oregano together, and then pour the spices with oil to form a slurry. The resulting slurry should be applied as evenly as possible to the surface of the chicken breast, having previously cleaned the latter from films and veins, and also rubbed it abundantly with salt. Before baking, leave the chicken for a couple of hours in the refrigerator to marinate as evenly as possible, and then wrap the fillet with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 210 degrees for 25 minutes. The finished fillet should be completely cooled before slicing.

Chicken breast stew at home

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
  • honey - 140 g;
  • orange peel;
  • orange fresh - 60 ml;
  • apple cider vinegar - 10 ml;
  • provencal herbs - 6 g;
  • paprika - 5 g;
  • and thyme (fresh) - 5 g each.

Cooking

Prepare honey glaze by mixing honey, orange juice and zest together with apple cider vinegar and herbs de Provence.
