Recipe

To prepare the dough you will need:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (heaped);
  • 5 tablespoons of flour.

Mix all ingredients with a spoon until smooth. The consistency of the dough will resemble thick sour cream. By color - the dough will have a pleasant yellowish color.

Spread the dough over the sides so that it covers the entire bottom of the pan and is shaped like a circle. It is advisable that the layer of dough is not thick (about 0.5 cm),

Lazy pizza: add toppings

  • diced sausage (or other stuffing you like)
  • carefully “cover” the sausage with mayonnaise and ketchup in a thin layer.
  • On top - as always - grate hard cheese (or any other cheese you like)

Now you need to cover the frying pan with a lid and put it on the stove. Make the heat a little less than medium. We don’t open the lid, but look through the lid (the lid is glass) and wait for the cheese to melt. It cooks very quickly. Then turn off the heat and let the pizza stand under the lid for a little longer a couple of minutes and transfer to a plate. You can sprinkle herbs on top.

  • olives - 20 pieces;
  • tomatoes - 2 medium-sized tomatoes;
  • flour - 2 cups;
  • soda - one teaspoon;
  • salt and red sweet paprika - to your taste.

2. Zucchini pizza in a frying pan

The basis of this pizza will be zucchini, it is tender and melts in your mouth, just what you need in summer and autumn. You can use whatever you want as a filling. Everything is very simple. I will have two small pizzas.

Technological process

1. Take a medium-sized zucchini, grate most of half and add salt.

2. Immediately squeeze out the moisture from the resulting zucchini mass by hand, mix well, add three tablespoons of flour, and maybe a little more, so that the mass is thicker in consistency than for zucchini pancakes.
