  1. Pour wine into the pan, place the truffle in it and simmer, turning occasionally, for five minutes.

  • 1 cup quinoa;
  • 1 radish of the Margelan variety;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 5 ml Dijon mustard;
  • 4 grams of chili powder;
  • 3 grams of cumin;
  • 10 grams of parsley;
  • 3 radishes;
  • 15+15 ml olive oil;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 50 grams of lettuce mix;
  • 2 chicken thighs;
  • 1/2 avocado fruit.

How to prepare the salad:

  1. Remove the zest from the lemon using a special grater.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix it with olive oil.
  3. Add chili, cumin, salt and pepper.
  4. Wash the chicken thighs, dry them and roll them in the resulting mixture.
  5. Set the marinated chicken aside.
  6. Wash the radish, peel and chop into cubes or bars.
  7. Wash the radish and cucumber and cut into strips.
  8. Pour boiling water over the quinoa and cover with a plate or lid for twenty minutes.
  9. After twenty minutes, remove the lid and break up the quinoa with a fork or spoon.
  10. Finely chop the parsley, wash it and remove the leaves from the branches.
  11. Peel half an avocado and cut into small cubes.
  12. Wash the salad mix and cut it so that it’s easy to put on a fork.
  13. Combine salad mix, avocado and lemon zest, parsley and radish.
  14. Heat a frying pan and fry the marinated thighs until done.
  15. Mix olive oil with the second half of lemon juice, add mustard, salt and pepper, stir.
  16. Disassemble the chicken thighs, separating the meat from the skin and bones. Add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  17. Mix all ingredients, pour over dressing and serve warm.

Tip: to peel an avocado, wash the fruit, cut it in half, turning the knife along the pit. Next, pull out the bone and make cuts on each half in the form of a mesh. You need to cut right down to the peel without touching it. Next, use a spoon to remove all the cubes and you’re done!

Uzbekistan salad with radish

An incredibly rich dish, bright and colorful. The salad will be flaky, so we suggest using homemade mayonnaise on egg yolks. It will taste better this way. What about products? Salmon, potatoes, eggs, greens and carrots. It seems satisfying.

  • 80 grams of lightly salted salmon;
