Cakes are quite sweet, soft. They bake perfectly. The cream is also sweet, but with a delicate sourness of prunes. Actually, cottage cheese, banana and prunes are already a great combination ... Let's cook!

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal (or flour) - 16 tablespoons
  • Cocoa - 4 tablespoons
  • Reduced fat milk (1.5%) - 150 ml.
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Dates - 150 gr.
  • Banana - 1 pc.
  • Fat-free cottage cheese (soft) - 150 gr.
  • Prunes - 100 gr.
  • Nuts (almonds for decoration) - 30 gr.
  • Soda - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice or vinegar - 1 tsp

Cooking:

Rinse the dates and prunes and pour boiling water over them. Let the dried fruits stay in this state for 20-30 minutes. They will become much softer, and the dates will also be easier to pit.

Grind oatmeal with a blender or in a coffee grinder. You can, of course, use oatmeal right away.


Add cocoa. We take quite a lot of it, because we need to disguise the oatmeal (then no one will guess that our diet cake is made from it!)

Stir the mixture.

Blend milk, eggs and pitted dates with a blender. It turns out a sweet mass, which must be introduced into the dough.


Mix everything well and add soda (quench it with lemon juice or vinegar).


Now you need to mentally divide the dough into three parts. Spread each part on baking paper or a silicone mat (if you have small diameter silicone cake molds, great!)

Evenly distribute the dough, as if spreading it on a rug or paper. And put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

After 7-10 minutes, the cake will be absolutely ready. You will understand this by the fact that its top will become dense and elastic. Bake the other two cakes in the same way (try to get them the same size).

A small life hack: you can very easily remove the cake from the paper or rug. To do this, transfer the cake to a towel or wire rack directly with a rug. Lay crust-side down so that the mat is on top. And carefully remove it! That is, we do not remove the cake from the rug, but the rug from the cake (which is much easier).


Make cream. To do this, finely chop the prunes and mix with cottage cheese.


Add a banana cut into small pieces.


Mix everything well. Cream is ready!


When the cakes are completely cool, you can start assembling.


Divide the cream into 3 parts. Apply one portion to each cake and spread evenly.


Collect the whole cake in this way.


Lay the last cake smooth side up.


Oatmeal Cake

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • Egg - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Hot water - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Herculean oat flakes "Uvelka"- 90 g
  • Wheat flour "Uvelka" - 70 g

Cooking:

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

2. Oat flakes "Uvelka" dry in a pan until golden brown.

3 . Combine the yolks and half of the sugar with boiling water and beat until a thick foam is obtained.

4. Whisk the whites until stiff, adding the remaining sugar, then combine with the beaten yolks.

5. In the resulting mass, with continuous beating, add flour and oatmeal (leave some of the flakes for decoration). Put the finished mass into a greased form and bake at 240-250 ° C.

6. Release the finished cake from the mold, cool, cut into two layers and glue with jam. Decorate the surface with jam or cream and sprinkle with the remaining oatmeal, which can be mixed with chopped nuts.

Bean cake with chestnut cream

Cooking time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • White beans "Uvelka"- 1 glass
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 2/3 cup
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Cognac - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • Chestnut - 200 g
  • Honey - 100 g
  • Egg yolks - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 100 g
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon

Cooking:

1. Boil beans until tender and pass through a meat grinder. Separate the egg yolks from the proteins, mix with half the sugar and vanilla sugar, rub until foamy, then mix with the beans. Add cognac, breadcrumbs, mix.

2. Beat the egg whites, gradually adding the remaining sugar, until a stable foam, then fold into the bean mass.

3. Transfer the prepared dough to a greased mold and bake for 45-50 minutes at 210 ° C.

4. For cream: Peel chestnuts and boil until tender, then rub hot through a sieve or pass through a meat grinder. Add egg yolk, honey and sour cream, beat. Beat butter with vanilla sugar and mix with chestnut mass.

5. Cut the bean biscuit into 2-3 cakes, grease them with the prepared cream and lay one on top of the other.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • Chicken fillet - 1 piece

  • Eggs - 6 pcs
  • Milk - 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking:

1. Boil the chicken, separate the pulp and cut it into small pieces.

2. Cut the carrots into thin plates, cut out the figures with a mold, put them on the bottom of the pan, previously greased with vegetable oil. Lay the chicken meat on top.

3. Boil rice in salted water, drain in a colander.

4. Whisk eggs with milk and salt.

5. Put the rice in an even layer on the chicken, pour over the egg mixture and bake at 170 ° C until the mass thickens.

6. Put the cake on a dish and decorate with herbs.

cream or sweet curd for decoration.

Cooking method:

1. Sugar is placed in a deep plate and mixed with chicken eggs. Using a mixer or whisk, beat the mass until a thick foam is formed.

2. Add oatmeal to sweet egg foam and beat thoroughly.

3. Flour is introduced into the prepared dough in small portions. Continuous stirring will help to avoid the formation of lumps. If the house has a mixer, you can leave it on, and add all the ingredients during its operation.

4. At the end of cooking, the dough must be salted.

5. Lubricate the pan with a sponge soaked in sunflower oil, pour 2/3 of the dough, and then spread it evenly over the surface of the berries. The rest of the dough is poured over the filling.

6. The cake is placed in the oven, after making sure that the temperature reaches 200 degrees. Bake the base for the cake for about 40 minutes. The cake must be baked, and the berries should sink to the bottom of the mold.

7. The finished cake is laid out on a flat dish. First, it should be carefully separated from the edges of the mold with a sharp knife or a metal spatula.

8. The surface of the finished cake should be saturated with berry juice. It is decorated with whipped cream or thick sweet cottage cheese.
