Winter holidays are a time when tables in all houses are full of treats. But you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to do this.

Chicken wings in honey and soy sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 150 g soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp. l. liquid honey
  • spices, salt

Process:

1. Mix honey and sauce, add your favorite spices.

2. Pour this mixture over the wings and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, or better yet, for a day.

3. Place on parchment or on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour until golden brown.

Avocado boats with shrimp


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 200 g shrimp (boiled, frozen or canned)
  • mayonnaise or sour cream
  • salt to taste

Process:

1. Divide the avocado in half without peeling and remove the pit.

2. Using a spoon or knife, remove the pulp of the fruit and chop it. Mix avocado pieces with shrimp, season with mayonnaise or sour cream, and add salt. If desired, pepper and add crushed garlic.

3. Divide the resulting mixture into avocado boats and serve one per serving. You can decorate with greenery.

Stuffed tomatoes


Ingredients:

  • 4-5 tomatoes (depending on the number of guests)
  • 200-300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • salt, herbs if desired

Process:

1. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and carefully remove the insides with a spoon.

2. Fry finely chopped onion, add tomato pulp and minced meat to the pan, simmer everything together for 5-8 minutes.

3. Fill the tomatoes with the filling, cover them with the cut “lids”, place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with water and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Brie cheese baked with nuts and honey


Ingredients:

  • wheel of brie cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. honey
  • nuts (pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • olive oil (or any vegetable oil)

Process:

1. Place a whole small block of brie cheese in a baking dish. Make a couple of cuts on it, sprinkle with oil, cover with foil and place in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Bring it to a liquid state and take it out.

2. Sprinkle the melted cheese generously with chopped nuts and drizzle with honey. Don't forget a glass of white wine. 🙂

Babaganush


Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs. eggplant
  • 6 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • garlic
  • spices, salt

Process:

1. Chop the garlic and fry in olive oil. Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and brush them with garlic oil.

2. Place the halves on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

3. After baking, remove the eggplant pulp from the skin. Grind the pulp in a blender until smooth, add your favorite spices and the remaining garlic oil. Mix everything well in the blender again.

4. Serve with slices of crusty bread.

Lavash rolls with salmon


Ingredients:

  • 3-4 sheets of pita bread
  • 300-400 g lightly salted salmon
  • soft cream cheese (Philadelphia or something similar)

Process:

1. Cut the salmon into thin slices. Spread the pita bread with cream cheese.

2. Place salmon slices on the laid out pita bread so that there is a small space between the pieces of fish.

3. Roll the pita bread into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, wrapped in plastic. Before serving, cut with a sharp knife.

Cherry tomatoes with shrimp


Ingredients:

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 boiled frozen shrimp (peeled or in shell)
  • 200 g cream cheese

Process:

1. Wash cherry tomatoes and dry with paper towels. Cut off the top of each tomato and carefully remove the pulp. Lightly salt the inside of the tomatoes.

2. Turn them upside down on a paper towel to drain the juice.

3. Boil shrimp in salted water and drain in a colander. Clean and remove heads if necessary. You can leave the tails to make it more beautiful.

4. Fill the tomatoes with cream cheese (you can use a pastry bag). We decorate each tomato with a shrimp.

Kiwi ice cream


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. l. honey (more to taste)
  • 4 kiwi
  • 120 ml fresh lime juice (orange, lemon)

Process:

1. Peel 3 kiwis and grind them in a blender, adding honey and lime juice.

2. Cut the remaining kiwi into thin circles.

3. Place two kiwi circles into ice cream molds along the sides, pour in the mixture from the blender and freeze in the freezer.

Nut cookies


Ingredients:

  • a glass of peanut butter
  • glass of sugar
  • 1 egg

Process:

1. Mix everything and knead the dough, form cookies.

2. Bake them for about 15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.

Cheesecake with white chocolate


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (yolks and whites separately)
  • 120 g white chocolate
  • 120 g cream cheese

Process:

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add cream cheese and mix well. Then add the yolks and mix again until smooth.

2. Remove the whites from the refrigerator, beat them with a whisk and add to the resulting mass.

3. Grease parchment sheets with oil and cover the mold into which you will pour the dough.

4. In an oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake the cheesecake for 15 minutes.

5. Turn off the oven, make a small gap in the oven door and leave the dessert for another 15-20 minutes.

6. Cool the cheesecake to room temperature, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator before serving.

Simple recipes exist. The cooking process for all 13 dishes is the same - chop and mix the ingredients. Some things will need to be baked, others just whisked or stirred. One way or another, we have selected the fastest and most delicious, almost instant three-ingredient recipes.

1 egg+flour+nutella = brownies

Beat 2 eggs, ½ cup of flour and 1 1/4 cups of Nutella in a blender for 5 minutes, roll out the resulting dough, cut into slices and bake for 15 minutes at 180C. If you don't mind the fourth ingredient, you can add a handful of hazelnuts.

2 hazelnuts + sugar + eggs = nut cookies

Mix 1 egg with 80 g of sugar and 100 g of hazelnuts. Add a little salt, beat in a blender, form cookies and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.

3 pork + beer + bbq sauce = pulled pork

Recipe for a slow cooker (5-6 hours of cooking) or a heavy-bottomed frying pan (3-4 hours). Mix 1-1 ½ kg of pork, 500 ml of dark beer and simmer for a long time. Using a fork, shred the cooked pork and mix with the barbecue sauce.

4 chicken + Coca-Cola + soy sauce = glazed chicken

Boil 1 ½ kg of chicken thighs, legs or wings in salted boiling water until almost done. Pour in water/broth and pour Coca-Cola (1 l) over the meat. Boil for 30 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of salt to balance the salty and sweet tastes, ½ tablespoon of soy sauce.

5 sugar+orange juice+salt = sorbet

Mix 2 cups of orange juice with 1/4 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat everything in a blender bowl until the sugar dissolves. If you have an ice cream maker, making sorbert will be even easier. If not, pour the mixture into a plastic container with a lid and leave it in the freezer. Every 30-40 minutes, open and mix the mousse thoroughly, breaking up the ice crystals. 3-4-5 approaches and the sorbet is ready.

6 tomatoes+onions+butter = quick tomato sauce

1 kg of tomatoes, 5 tablespoons of butter, 1 onion. Chop everything, add to the pan, add salt and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, periodically mashing the tomatoes into a puree with a spatula.

7 strawberries+sugar+whipped cream = quick dessert

Instead of strawberries, you can take any other fresh berries, wash them, sprinkle them with sugar (or better yet, powder), add whipped cream and mix gently. Works for 2 minutes.

8 chili+cream cheese+bacon

Quick snack. Cut the bacon into slices and fry in a frying pan until golden brown. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and fry a little in the same frying pan. Stuff the chili with ready-made cream cheese (delicious if it contains onions, herbs or pickles), wrap it in a slice of bacon and secure with a skewer or toothpick.

9 almonds+dates+raisins = healthy dessert

Mix dried fruits and nuts in equal parts and blend in a blender for about 6-8 minutes. Place the mixture on a plate with parchment paper, roll it out, put it under a press and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut into portioned candies.

10 fennel+sweet onion+orange = self-dressing salad

Cut the fennel tuber into slices and fry a little. Cut the sweet red onion and orange into half rings. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

11 basil+olive oil+salt = quick pesto

Of course, the original recipe also contains cheese, nuts and garlic. But even this version of a quick pesto made from a fresh bunch of basil is much better and more flavorful than store-bought sauce.

12 coconut milk + peanut butter + maple syrup = nut mousse

Mix 1 jar (about 250 ml) of coconut milk or cream with 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup and beat thoroughly with a blender. Add 4-5 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir.

13 peanut butter+sugar+eggs = nut cookies

Mix a cup of sugar, a cup of peanut butter and 1 egg and knead into a dough. Form cookies and bake for 15 minutes at 180C. Let cool.

Therefore, we present to your attention a selection of ten recipes, each of which involves only three ingredients! Not all ingredients are easy to come by, but if you set your mind to it, you can experiment with new dishes.

Italian cookies

Italians call these cookies “ugly but cute.” You will need 1 egg, 80 g sugar and 100 g hazelnuts. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees, roast the nuts for about 15 minutes. Then cool and chop them well.

Beat the whites, adding salt, until stiff peaks form. Add nuts and sugar. It is better to place the cookies on a sheet of baking paper at a distance of 4 cm from each other. Bake in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 30 minutes.

Pesto

All you need to make pesto at home is 200g basil, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. By mixing them in a blender until smooth, you will get a wonderful sauce.

Coconut candy

If you thoroughly mix 400 g of coconut flakes, 400 g of condensed milk and 2 teaspoons of vanilla, place a teaspoon on baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 10 minutes, you will get wonderful homemade “rafaelkas”.

Shortbread

You will need half a glass of sugar, 200 g of butter (slightly salted) and 2 cups of flour. Having first mixed the sugar and butter, add the flour, stir very well (without being embarrassed by the fact that it will be stubborn), roll out the dough and place the cookies on baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Nutritious snack

Dried fruits and nuts are very nutritious foods. And when you need a snack, there is absolutely no need to buy energy bars made overseas. You can create something similar at home!

In a blender you need to mix a cup of nuts, which can be pre-roasted in the oven, a cup of any dried fruits and a cup of dates. Grind them for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Place the resulting mixture on a baking sheet, press the top with a cutting board to create a flat surface, and refrigerate for at least an hour. After this, you can make many small bars from the energy plate and enjoy.

Overseas cupcakes

The hardest part about this recipe is finding the peanut butter. After this, things will go easy! After melting half a cup of chopped chocolate, pour it into muffin tins.

Using your fingers, roll the peanut butter into balls and drop one ball into each chocolate mold.

Then use a spoon to add the chocolate on top of the peanut butter until it is in the middle. After all these manipulations, you can lightly sprinkle the dessert with sea salt and put it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.

Hashbrown with cheese

We all know both potato pancakes and potato pancakes, but in this recipe we will use the buzzword “hash brown”. Its essence, however, is also in grated potatoes. Mix it with finely chopped green onions and grated hard cheese. Season with salt and pepper and place in muffin tins. Bake in a well-heated oven for about an hour. Hashbrowns will turn out with a golden crust.

Brownie

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix 4 tablespoons of Nutella, 2 eggs and 120 g of butter until smooth. Pour the mixture into the mold and level the surface. Bake for about 15 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick. It is better not to overcook the brownies, because then the dessert will turn out very dry.

Remove from the oven and cool before serving.

Banana pancakes

I saved my favorite recipe for a snack. The word “pancakes” even sounds delicious!

The most unusual ingredient in this recipe is coconut flour. You will need 80 g of it. You will also need 3 ripe bananas and 6 eggs. All this, lightly salted, needs to be mixed in a blender. Pancakes are fried for about 2-4 minutes in a preheated frying pan. You can serve with berries, because the berry season is slowly beginning! published
