Green beans with minced meat are very tasty, appetizing, filling and can be considered a complete summer dish with notes of Asian cuisine. You can use different minced meat to prepare the dish, but a mixture of minced pork and minced beef is best.

To prepare aromatic green beans with minced meat we will need:

-300 g green beans,
-300 g minced meat,
-1 head of onion,
-3 cloves of garlic,
-1 tablespoon of soy sauce,
-Salt and pepper to taste.

Peel the green beans, cut them into several pieces if necessary, and cook until half cooked. Then place in a colander, rinse with cold water and let the water drain.

Fry finely chopped onion in hot vegetable oil for about 5 minutes, until transparent, stirring occasionally. Then add finely chopped garlic and continue sautéing for another minute. Add minced meat to the fried vegetables and continue cooking, mashing the meat with a fork so that the fried minced meat turns out crumbly. Fry the meat with onions and garlic until cooked. Add beans to the meat, salt and pepper to taste, add soy sauce and simmer for several minutes, stirring occasionally.

Today on our menu is another dish from the “two in one” category, that is, combining both the main dish and a side dish: . The dish is very satisfying and nutritious, and quite easy to prepare.

Beans, by the way, can be used not only frozen, but also canned. It’s better to take minced meat that is not too fatty: beef or beef/pork 70%/30% is good. At 50/50, the dish, for my taste, turns out to be too fatty.

Stewed beans with minced meat- the dish is not only tasty, but also very healthy. First of all, thanks to beans, which, as we all know, are a real storehouse of valuable substances: essential amino acids, vitamins and microelements. And onions and garlic, as well as spices that you can add to your taste, add a spicy aroma to the dish.

Recipe for cooking green beans with minced meat in a slow cooker.

  • 400 grams frozen green beans
  • 400 grams minced meat
  • one onion
  • three cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 table. l. vegetable oil
  • salt to taste

How to stew green beans with minced meat in a slow cooker:

Sauté the chopped onion and chopped garlic in vegetable oil for 10 minutes in the “baking” mode. You can also add spices to them. Add the minced meat and break up the lumps, fry for another 15 minutes.

Add salt, tomato paste, mix.

We wash frozen green beans under the tap. Let the excess water drain.

Add green beans to the slow cooker and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

After the signal green beans with minced meat in a slow cooker got ready. Open the lid and place on plates.

I really love beans in any form. I fell in love with green beans quite recently, about two years ago; before, I never bought them at all and never cooked anything with them. And now I buy it very often, I always have a bag of green beans in the freezer. You can buy it in bulk from us in any supermarket and it is not very expensive. And how many different dishes can be prepared from green beans. I haven’t cooked with it just yet. Green beans are not only tasty, but also very healthy. It contains a lot of different vitamins and fiber. Today I want to offer you a very simple everyday dish with green beans, navy-style green beans. This dish can be prepared for lunch or dinner in literally 30-40 minutes. The products needed for this dish are very simple, I always have them in the refrigerator: green beans (I have frozen), minced meat (I have pork + chicken), onions, tomato paste, a little flour, garlic, salt and spices taste. In a frying pan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil. Place minced meat and chopped onions in heated oil.

Fry the minced meat with onions for about 10 minutes. As soon as the meat changes color, add green beans to the pan



I don’t defrost it first, I just put it in a colander and rinse it with hot water. I simmer the beans along with the minced meat for another 5-10 minutes. Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour, mix

Minced meat with green beans in tomato sauce

Necessary:

  • beans in pods – 450-500 g;
  • minced meat - half a kilo;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • water – about 200 ml;
  • tomatoes in the form of paste – 15-25 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • seasonings, herbs, salt - to taste;
  • sunflower oil.

Time required: 35 min.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the green beans, divide with a knife into medium-sized slices and boil in salted water for 5-8 minutes;
  2. Place the peeled and chopped onion in a heated frying pan with oil. Fry for a few minutes until translucent;
  3. Send the boiled beans to the sautéed onion and, stirring, leave to fry for 7 minutes with the lid closed;
  4. Place the saucepan on the fire, coat with oil and add the minced meat into it. Add seasonings, salt, tomato paste and about 200 ml of water. Mix the substance generously and simmer for 12-15 minutes;
  5. Next, add the fried beans and onions to the minced tomato, stir and simmer for another couple of minutes.

Mexican soup with beans and minced meat

Ingredients:

  • half a kilo of minced meat and beans;
  • Swallow or bell pepper – 1 large;
  • onions - 2 medium;
  • 3-4 garlic cloves;
  • 2 large tomatoes;
  • 500 ml broth or water;
  • chili pepper, cumin, salt, coriander, oil - “by eye”;
  • tomato paste - a couple of tbsp.

Time required: 55 min.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. First you need to wash and boil the beans; it will take 1.5-2 hours of cooking before they are ready;
  2. We free all vegetables from peels, husks and seeds, wash them thoroughly;
  3. Shred the onions, put the garlic in a press, and chop the sweet pepper into strips. Then we place these prepared vegetables in a saucepan or pan with drops of oil;
  4. 7-8 minutes is enough for frying, then add the pre-chopped chili there;
  5. Place the minced meat into the vegetable mixture, mix thoroughly and simmer until the redness disappears from the meat. Then season with spices, salt and tomato paste;
  6. While stewing the meat and vegetable stew, blanch the tomatoes and remove them from the peels. Cut into small cubes and place in a container with the prepared products;
  7. Pour all the stewed ingredients with water or broth, reduce the heat to low and, covering with a lid, leave for 30 minutes;
  8. 5 minutes before turning off, add pre-boiled beans to the soup being prepared;
  9. When serving, it doesn’t hurt to add a little grated cheese to each plate.

Burrito with minced meat and beans

  • corn or wheat flatbreads (tortillas) – 8 pcs.;
  • 400 g of twisted meat, preferably beef;
  • beans from a can – 120-150 g;
  • canned corn – 120 g;
  • sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
  • chili pepper - to taste and desire;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • lettuce leaves, a mixture of ground peppers, salt, cumin - to taste;
  • sunflower oil.

Time costs: no longer than 40 minutes.

  1. Vegetables that need peeling and washing are prepared for slicing;
  2. Heat the frying pan, coat it with oil, add the minced meat and, stirring, ensure that the redness goes away, not forgetting to season with salt and spices;

  4. Chop the pepper into strips and add to the potatoes, adding beans and corn. Cover with a lid and simmer for 4-6 minutes;

Products:

  • minced meat - half a kilo;
  • canned black, white, red beans - 400 g each;
  • chickpeas from a can – 420 g;
  • tomato paste – 170 g;
  • onion – 1 large;
  • about 1 liter of liquid (water or broth);
  • garlic – 3 teeth;
  • chili powder – 20 g;
  • crushed cumin – 10 g;
  • cayenne pepper (ground) – 10 g;
  • dried tomatoes – ½ cup;
  • canned tomatoes in their own juice – 700-750 g;
  • Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp;
  • olive oil – 20 g;
  • salt and sugar - to remove taste.

Time required: 75 min.

Calorie content: 253.5 kcal – 100 g.

Preparation:

  1. Open the canned beans and chickpeas and strain the legumes from the liquid;
  2. Separate the garlic cloves and onion from the husks and chop them: slice garlic, onion into strips;
  3. Chop the dried tomatoes into strips;
  4. Place a large saucepan or saucepan on the fire, sprinkle with oil and send the minced meat there to fry;
  5. The meat has gotten rid of redness - add chopped onions and garlic, sauté;

  • large onion;

Time required: 45 min. (without cooking the beans).

  • boiled beans – 400 g;
  • minced meat – 1 kg;
  • milk – 1 tbsp.;
  • semolina – 20 g;
  • 4 teeth garlic;
  • ground paprika – 15 g;
  • pepper, salt - to taste.

Time required: 80 min.

Calorie content: 249.5 kcal – 100 g.

How to cook:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat with spices, milk and semolina;
  2. Chop the garlic finely, crush the boiled beans with a fork, and place them in the same container;
  3. We cover a suitable form with parchment, place the meat dough there, knead thoroughly;
  4. Heat the oven to 190-200°C and bake a kind of bread for a little more than an hour;
  5. After checking the readiness, turn off the oven and leave the dish there to cool.

Simple bean soup

  • minced meat mixture – 230 g;
  • canned beans – 800 g;
  • rice - ¾ cup;
  • green cilantro – ½ bunch;
  • salt, seasonings, oil;
  • water – 1 l.

Time required: 40 min.

Calorie content: 203.1 kcal – 100 g.

Cooking plan:

  1. Season the pan with oil and place on the fire;
  2. Place the meat component on the hot bottom, stirring, remove the redness from the minced meat and season;
  3. Send the washed rice to the meat component, add water, and boil until tender (15-20 minutes);
  4. Add washed beans, canned and chopped cilantro to the uncooked soup. Leave the first dish of beans with minced meat on the fire for another 5-7 minutes.

Chilli con carne soup recipe

Components:

  • minced beef - half a kilo;
  • 2 liters of broth;
  • boiled beans – 300 g;
  • blanched tomatoes – 750 g;
  • fresh chili pepper – 1 pc.;
  • onion and garlic - 1 head each;
  • grated dark chocolate or mole sauce – 20 g;
  • Tabasco sauce, salt, dried seasonings: coriander, oregano, mixture of peppers, cumin - to taste;
  • olive oil;
  • 1 bunch of cilantro.

Time required: 1 hour 30 minutes.

Calorie content: 197.3 kcal – 100 g.

Let's cook it this way:

  1. Chop the chili pepper and garlic cloves into slices;
  2. Chop the onion into half rings;
  3. Heat a frying pan, pour oil over it, sauté the onion;
  4. Then add the minced meat and all the dried seasonings, mix thoroughly and min. 15 fry until the meat darkens;
  5. Remove the skin from the blanched tomatoes and chop into small cubes;
  6. Fill the pan with broth and boil;
  7. Add boiled beans, chopped tomatoes, chocolate and chopped chili to the boiling broth;
  8. Stir the pan thoroughly, set the heat to minimum, cover with a lid and let it simmer for 65-70 minutes;
  9. Chop cilantro, herbs and season the soup.

Note to housewives

Before starting cooking, about half a day in advance, the beans should be filled with water and left overnight. After this manipulation, the cooking time will be much shorter and the legumes will become softer.

If you use raw beans in cooking, then the tomato component must be added after the final readiness of the legumes. Otherwise, the bean components will take much longer to cook.
