After another couple of months, I gave it to my friend to “play with.” So I’m not asking for it back.
Now I’m playing with Lekue silicone waffle molds and thinking “how long will it last me?” But so far I like it, and this coming Saturday I’m going to visit them with them, where I’ll be baking in them in someone else’s kitchen. Well, really, you can’t go on a visit with a store-bought cupcake!

So. Classic waffle recipe.
240 g. Flour

410 ml milk

Now you need to pour the dough into the molds. I had to get used to the ladle, I went through three pieces and it worked best to pour it with a ladle for compote.
One waffle requires exactly two of these ladles. When I poured all the dough, there was still a little left, so in the end I baked one additional waffle “from one ladle”, it turns out “in a hole”. I'm thinking of using it for decoration somehow.
So. Place it in the oven at 220 degrees for 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, take it out, turn the waffles over and remove the molds.
Place in the oven for another 5 minutes
Because This volume of dough was enough for another 1.5 waffles, so I made one waffle with chocolate pieces. Those. When I poured the dough into the molds, I threw a few pieces of chocolate on top.
In the end, nothing stuck, the waffles came out easily, the chocolate didn’t burn, and overall it turned out great.
On this wave of waffle mania, I later tried to make nut dough and the result was also excellent.
The only thing you need to get used to is pouring the dough and choosing a flat baking sheet on which to place these molds, but this is already a matter of technique. And most importantly, it turned out to be incredibly convenient to wash.
