Due to the easy digestion of protein, cottage cheese is recommended for older people and patients who recover from illness. In general, cottage cheese is considered an ideal product for those who would like to reduce, for example, waist size, or increase their muscle mass, as it contains a little fat, especially when compared to cheese.

There is no exact information when this product was first manufactured. Maybe it turned out accidentally from sour milk.

If you have milk, too, do not worry. From it you can make a wonderful homemade cottage cheese. To do this, pour the milk, no, not into the sink), but an enamel saucepan and put it in a water bath.
