  6. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes or into thin strips.

  7. As soon as the vegetables are stewed, you should open the slow cooker and put the meat and potatoes.

Chicken noodle soup step by step

We clean the carrots, wash them and cut them into semicircles. Add a little refined sunflower oil to the multicooker bowl and spread the carrots. We turn on the “fry” mode and fry the carrots for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden or plastic spatula (so as not to scratch the bowl cover).


Then add peeled and diced potatoes, a whole unpeeled, but thoroughly washed onion, a chicken quarter (I first removed the skin from it, as I did not want a fatty broth) and a bay leaf.


Fill all the ingredients with two liters of water and turn on the “cook” mode for 50 minutes.


After 50 minutes, open the lid of the multicooker and “fish out” the leg, onion and bay leaf from the bowl. We throw away onions and lavrushka, we no longer need them. And we remove the chicken meat from the bone and chop it into pieces, after which we return it to the multicooker bowl. You can see that there is less liquid in the bowl, a small part of it has evaporated. You can add water to the desired level, but this should be done at this stage of preparation.


Now it's time to add vermicelli to the chicken soup. For such a volume of ingredients, you will need about 100 g of noodles, then the chicken noodle soup will be moderately thick.
