I cook beans very rarely, not because I don’t like her, but somehow I forget about her, and she cooks for a long time. And then I remembered the recipe that a friend of mine recently shared with me and uses red canned beans in it. I decided to bring this recipe to life.
When I prepared this dish, I decided to call it “Autumn Blues”, because the riot of colors on the plate reminded me very much about last weekend when my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren were walking in the park. It was very beautiful!
