It is often said that semolina porridge is far from the healthiest product for children. I must admit, I don’t know this for sure, and I’m not going to remove it from my baby’s diet. But I added vitamins, microelements and other useful substances by combining semolina with fresh fruits and nuts.
In this form, it becomes much tastier, healthier, more appetizing, not only for the younger members of my family, but also for the older ones. Of course, you can take different nuts and fruits: apples, apricots, strawberries... peanuts, hazelnuts, and sunflower seeds.
