Roll out each part into a circle, about cm thick, put the filling in the middle, cover the pie like a dumpling and place it on a baking sheet with parchment with the seam sealed down. We do this with each pie.
Brush the molded products with beaten egg and place in the oven. We bake the pieces at a temperature of 180 C° for about 25 minutes.
