Ingredients for three servings

Step-by-step preparation

  1. Pizza is a universal dish. Firstly, everyone loves it and there is no shame in serving it to guests. Secondly, you can just quickly cook it for lunch. I always have ready-made pizza bases in my freezer. They are not expensive at all, and the results are amazing. I used to make pizza from puff pastry, but our family likes pizza with a ready-made base more - it always turns out great. And it’s a pleasure to cook, just put the pizza base on a baking sheet and cut the food, during which time it will become soft and you can already bake it. Also, pizza on a ready-made basis does not fall apart, unless, of course, you load it with a kilogram of food. You can come up with different fillings for pizza; some people like more meat, while others, on the contrary, like more vegetables. I love it when pizza has both. But I definitely add some sourness in the form of pickled cucumbers or mushrooms. Sometimes I just add onions pickled in vinegar. So, in addition to the finished pizza base, we need smoked sausage, raw egg, tomato, pickled gherkins, mayonnaise, Russian cheese, processed cheese, onion. We will need a raw egg and cheese for the cheese filling, which we will make at the final stage of cooking. First of all, you need to grease the pizza base with mayonnaise. Then chop the sausage as desired, finely chop the onion and cucumbers into strips. Place on the base like this.
  2. Next, cut the tomato into slices and distribute over the pizza.
  3. Now we need to prepare our cheese filling. I came to the conclusion that this way the pizza turns out juicier than when you just grate cheese on top. So, you first need to grate the processed cheese and Russian cheese on a coarse grater. Then add the egg to the cheese and mix thoroughly. You can add mayonnaise or a little sour cream to the cheese.
  4. This mixture needs to be carefully distributed over the pizza; the more you have, the tastier it will be.

  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • red chili petals (powder) optional
  • vegetable oil

How to cook pizza with eggs: step-by-step recipe with photos

Make pizza dough using half the ingredients or you'll get a fluffier pizza. Or you can take the recipe for the dough that we prepared for white pizza with ham (thin pizza) and knead it in the evening, then take it out of the refrigerator in the morning and then prepare the pizza according to the recipe. In this case, we will also need half the ingredients for one pizza.

You can buy ready-made pizza sauce, or replace it with tomato sauce of your choice or good quality tomato paste. Or you can prepare a real, authentic one yourself in advance.
For the filling, grate 50 g of mozzarella and 15 g of Parmesan into different containers. Wash 2 tomatoes, dry and chop thinly.

Place the dough on a floured table and roll out into a layer as thin as possible (about 3 mm). To roll out the dough into a circle, you must first roll out the ball of dough with a rolling pin several times in opposite directions, i.e. up and down, and then, turning the dough sheet over, roll it left and right, then up and down again, after turning the dough over, and so on until the dough sheet becomes a circle of the required diameter.

If you can’t roll out the dough into a circle, you can place a plate or a lid from a frying pan of the required diameter on the rolled out layer of dough, and, running a knife along the edge of the plate, cut a circle out of the dough.
Preheat the oven to approximately 250 °C (or to the maximum temperature for your oven).
Next, transfer the dough onto baking paper. To make the dough with a crispier crust, you can first grease the parchment with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle it with semolina or corn flour. Brush the dough with pizza sauce, leaving the edges untouched.

Place tomato slices on the cheese.

Crack two eggs over the tomatoes, sprinkle the pizza with Parmesan cheese and a generous amount of salt, and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. For those who like something spicy, I advise you to season your pizza with red chili pepper to taste.

Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven, transfer the parchment with the pizza onto it and bake on a medium rack in a preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the dough is lightly browned around the edges. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and serve hot immediately.

This pizza differs from the usual one in that we carefully break a chicken egg into the middle of the pizza. Eventually, scrambled eggs will cook on top of the pizza. It will turn out not only tasty, but also original.

To prepare three pizzas with a diameter of 18-20 cm you will need:

dough:

  • 30 g fresh compressed yeast
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • 500 g wheat flour

filling:

  • 200-250 g raw smoked sausage (or ham)
  • 250-300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g hard cheese (half can be replaced with mozzarella)
  • 3 eggs (one for each pizza)
  • olive oil - for lubrication.

Preparation

  • Crumble the yeast, add sugar and 100 ml of warm milk. Leave for 15-20 minutes for the mixture to work.
  • In a mixing bowl or deep bowl, combine the remaining milk, olive oil and egg. Beat the ingredients well with a mixer or whisk.
  • Sift the flour into the egg-milk mixture, pour in the yeast and knead the pizza dough.
  • Gather the dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a towel or cling film, and leave in a warm place for an hour.
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the sausage into thin slices and then in half, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  • Knead the risen dough again and divide it into three parts.
  • Roll out each piece on a floured surface into a circle with a diameter of 23-25 ​​cm.
  • Place the pizza base on a baking sheet or baking dish and brush the surface with olive oil. You can also do the traditional thing - spread a small amount of tomato sauce or ketchup over the surface. Fold the edges of the dough inward to form a small edge. Place sausage and tomatoes on the surface of the pizza and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Break the egg into the center, being careful not to damage the yolk.
  • Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Bake the pizzas until golden brown (the cheese is melted and the egg is completely cooked). When the convection mode is turned on, you can cook 2 pizzas at the same time; if your oven does not have such a mode, it will take a little longer.
  • Remove the pizza with the egg onto a cutting surface, and cut into triangles with a special (disc) knife. Serve hot with dry wine or beer. Bon appetit!     Peel the garlic and press it through a press into a bowl. We also put sour cream and mayonnaise here. Mix the composition. Chop the washed basil. We rub the cheese through a grater of any fraction. Add all this to sour cream and mayonnaise, salt and pepper to your taste.     On mayonnaise

    The mayonnaise sauce will be tender and aromatic with the addition of lemon juice and olive oil.

    Product composition:

    • mayonnaise - 200 grams;
    • olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
    • garlic - 3-5 cloves;
    • lemon juice - 15 milliliters;
    • appropriate greens for the occasion: dill, basil, parsley.

    Mix everything and pour the mixture over the top of the pizza. Sprinkle grated cheese on top a few minutes before cooking.

    Cheese and mayonnaise

    List of ingredients:

    • butter - 30 grams;
    • mayonnaise - 100 g;
    • boiled water - 100 milliliters;
    • flour - 1-2 tablespoons without a slide;
    • cheese - 80-120 grams;
    • garlic - 1-5 cloves;
    • salt - a pinch;
    • spices and herbs to taste.

    To prepare the cheese-mayonnaise filling, you need to simmer the flour in butter. Beware of lumps. When the flour has simmered and mixed with oil, add mayonnaise mixed with water. Boil the sauce in a saucepan, adding salt to taste and spices. Grate the cheese and add to the filling.

    Mushroom filling

    Pizza topping made from eggs, mayonnaise and mushrooms turns out delicious. Before you start preparing it, you need to check that all the products are available in the required quantity:

    • low-fat mayonnaise - half a glass;
    • fresh champignons - 135 grams;
    • half an onion;
    • two cloves of garlic;
    • egg - 1 piece;
    • vegetable oil without aroma.

    To prepare the mushroom filling, fry the washed champignons over low heat, cutting them into slices. Add chopped onions to them and cook until the onions acquire a bright golden hue. Salt and pepper the mushroom mixture. Pour mayonnaise into a bowl and simmer over low heat for about three minutes, covered. When it's time to coat the topping pizza with the mushroom sauce, stir in the raw egg and pour over the topping before placing it in the oven.

    Garlic

    This egg filling for pizza will appeal to those who love garlic and spicy additives.

    What does it consist of:

    • garlic - 5 large cloves;
    • vegetable oil, unflavored - 100 ml;
    • salt, spices, seasonings suitable for pizza - according to personal preference;
    • eggs - 2 pieces.

    Beat the eggs, adding salt and spices to the mixture. We send here the garlic pressed through a special press. Add the full amount of oil and mix the emulsion very well. The use of cheese is not required, but you can sprinkle it on the pizza before pouring or on top, directly on the sauce, if desired.

    Egg-mayonnaise

    The filling is very thick and incredibly tender.

    Here's what it consists of:

    • mayonnaise - 1 glass;
    • eggs - 2 pieces;
    • cheese (semi-hard or hard) - 300 grams;
    • garlic - to taste;
    • pepper, seasonings - optional.

    And this is how we will cook it.

    Using a mixer, beat eggs with mayonnaise. Add seasonings, favorite herbs, garlic. Those who don't like garlic can skip this step. Add half of the entire amount of grated cheese. The second part of the product is needed to sprinkle it on the top of the pizza in the oven five minutes before the end of the cooking process.
