Required components:

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
  • 100 g oatmeal;
  • 100 g curd mass;
  • 1 egg;
  • 80 g crushed nuts (in addition to kernels, you can add sunflower or sesame seeds);
  • 60 g butter;
  • ½ packet of baking powder.

Place oatmeal, egg, honey and baking powder into a container. Mix everything well and add melted butter. The mixture is left for half an hour so that the oatmeal has time to swell a little.
