Break the eggs into the milk mixture, after making sure that they are of good quality and have not deteriorated, and beat the mass until airy, until it begins to increase in volume.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-185С, and prepare a baking dish. It must be generously flavored with butter, and it is worth considering that the form will need a deep one, since the omelet rises in the cooking process.
