- 0.5-0.6 kg of minced pork and beef,
- 0.5 kg tomato,
- 1 onion,
- 250 g of hard cheese,
- ½ - 1 tsp salt,
- half a teaspoon of ground black pepper,
- 30 g butter,
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Onions are peeled and chopped; it can even be turned through a meat grinder along with minced meat. Then the minced meat is salted, peppered, 2 tablespoons are poured into it. water and it mixes. Vegetable oil is poured into the pan and heated. In oil over moderate heat, minced meat is fried with onions for about 15 minutes, and then cooled to room temperature. Boil pasta for 3 minutes until half cooked, so that they become elastic, but do not tear. Water is drained from the pasta, and they are quickly washed under cold water (so as not to stick together).

Tomatoes need to be scalded with boiling water, then doused with cold water, and then peeled off. "Naked" tomatoes are cut into circles of 0.3-0.4 mm thick. A quarter of hard cheese should be grated, and the rest cut into thin slices.

They caught my eye in the store, they are interesting, and even the recipe was in addition. I decided to pamper my husband. Following what was written, I stuffed minced meat into dry pasta, made Bechamel sauce and put the whole thing in the oven. To say that I was disappointed with the result is an understatement.
