  5. Cut the tomato into squares and add to the onion, add salt, and simmer for 7-10 minutes.

    Did you know? If you want the sausage or bacon in your scrambled eggs to also be fried, then you need to fry the meat products along with the onions, and only then add the tomato.


  6. Cut the sausage into cubes and add to our tomato and onion mixture, fry everything for literally 2-3 minutes.
  7. Using a spatula or spoon, we make holes in our workpiece so that the egg gets between the sausage, tomato and onion on the clean surface of the frying pan.

Preparation

To prepare scrambled eggs with tomatoes in a frying pan, take a ripe fruit and rinse it under warm running water.

Cut the tomato into medium-thick half rings. If desired, it can be given another shape: slices, rings, slices, cubes. By the way, this recipe uses fresh tomatoes.
