Consider 2 nuances.

  • For the most saturated tomato flavor, it is advantageous to add 1 tbsp. To 1 liter of juice. a spoonful of tomato paste. We do this at the same time as sugar and salt.
  • You can make tomato juice using any conventional technology. For the marinade, the main thing is to let it boil, completely dissolve the additives and boil it briefly immediately before pouring the vegetables.

Fill seals with marinade, sterilize and close for the winter.

After boiling the salted juice for 5 minutes, pour the vinegar into it and remove from heating. Hot tomato marinade  pour jars filled with cucumbers.
