From the prepared yeast dough, you can make pizza on a thin or thick dough. The difference lies only in the thickness of its rolling.

To prepare the dough, we need flour, salt, water, olive oil and yeast.

We combine warm (but not hot) water with olive oil and send it to the bucket of the bread machine.

Then add flour, salt and yeast. We turn on the yeast dough kneading mode (in my bread machine, the dough is kneaded in 1 hour 50 minutes).

For those who do not have a bread machine, I will write how to cook the dough by hand.

Sift flour into a deep bowl, sprinkle with salt and sprinkle dry yeast on top. Make a hole in the center. Pour warm (not hot) water mixed with olive oil into the recess. Insert the spoon into the recess and begin to drive the spoon in a circle, combining flour with water. Gradually, the flour from the edges will completely connect with the water. You will end up with a sloppy lump of dough. Lightly knead it in a bowl, then put it on the table and begin to knead vigorously. Try to add very little flour. The dough should be very soft and tender. My grandmother said that yeast dough should be like an earlobe - tender and soft. Lubricate the container in which the dough will ferment with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it. It should be larger in size, given that the dough will increase by 2 or 2.5 times. Cover with cling film on top. Put in a warm place. I put in a locker. After about an hour - an hour and 10 minutes, the dough will double in volume. Put it on the table, punch down (let the air out of it).

It is better to stretch the finished dough with your hands in the form of a baking sheet. The thickness is no more than 0.5 cm. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes so that it grows a little.

Dilute tomato paste with water (1 to 1). Lubricate the dough with diluted tomato paste.

We rub the cheese on a large grater. Pizza, smeared with tomato paste, sprinkle with half the cheese. Set aside the other half of the cheese.

Between the circles of sausage lay out the plates of mushrooms and slices of pepper.

Place the tomato halves between the mushrooms. Sprinkle with pizza spices and the other half of the cheese. You can sprinkle a little oregano instead of spices.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Bake pizza with salami for 15 minutes. Focus on your oven. My friends at 220 degrees baked for 10 minutes.
