Pasta with chicken with cream sauce and mushrooms

  1. Place a saucepan with 2.5 liters of water on the fire. Salt and add one tablespoon of vegetable oil. When the water boils well, add the pasta and stir. Turn down the heat and cook the pasta until it is completely done. Basically, if it is pasta made from durum wheat, then it will take 10 minutes to cook it;
  2. Peel the onions, rinse and chop into half rings;
  3. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and cut into small slices;
  4. Wash the chicken meat well and cut into small pieces;
  5. Heat a frying pan and pour oil. Place chopped onion in hot oil and fry, stirring constantly until it acquires a golden hue;
  6. Then place the mushrooms in the pan and simmer for 3 minutes;
  7. After this, add chicken meat, stir constantly and simmer for about 7 minutes. Add salt, spices and a small amount of boiling water. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes;
  8. Pour the boiled pasta into a colander and rinse with cold water;
  9. Place pasta in pan;
