I just love baking, where it does not take long, to mix a large number of components in stages, and the result always comes out awesome.

As soon as I start baking it, amazing smells begin to hover around the kitchen and the fragrance of summer is directly felt. In general, this pie is just a bomb, I recommend it to everyone! It's all about him: sweet and sour, tender, fragrant, airy, with a top layer soaked in fruit juice.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 200 grams;
  • butter - 120 grams;
  • granulated sugar - 150 grams;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt - 1/8 teaspoon;
  • icing sugar - for sprinkling.

For filling:

  • medium apricots - 12-13 pieces.

How to make apricot pie



  Beat sugar with butter until a homogeneous cream.

Into the resulting mixture introduce eggs one at a time, each time thoroughly whipping.

Add vanilla essence, mix.


  Sift the flour carefully to saturate it with oxygen, in which case the baking will be of the highest quality.


  Pour flour together with salt and baking powder, knead a thick, but not cool, dough.


  Pour the dough into a mold and flatten with a cooking spatula or ordinary spoon.

Washed apricots cut in half and remove seeds from them.


  Put evenly half the fruit on the dough, peeled down. Apricots should not be buried, but simply lie on the surface.
