Their implementation does not require rare ingredients and will take no more than half an hour.

  In both cases, beer sticks are served only in hot form; when cold, they lose some of the taste and a light, unique flavor. It is better to fry the "workpiece" in small batches as they are eaten.

Breaded Cheese Sticks

An appetizer, which is rapidly gaining popularity among beer connoisseurs, now a similar dish can be ordered in many Russian bars, but the best option is to make it at home.

Ingredients:

  • hard cheese - 500 grams;
  • flour - 200 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • fresh milk (water) - 100 ml;
  • bread crumbs (crumbs of white dry bread) - 100 grams;
  • sunflower oil - depends on the pan.
  • salt, pepper, other spices to taste.

For ordinary light beer it is better to take neutral types of cheese without a pronounced taste. Sweet or bitter cheeses with spices go well with dark beer.

1. Cut the cheese into small thin sticks 10 cm long and 1-2 cm thick.

2. Beat eggs with salt, spices and milk (water).

3. Add flour to the resulting mixture and mix well.

4. Break in each cheese stick first in an egg-flour mixture, then in breadcrumbs. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

5. Heat sunflower oil in a small high pan (oil layer at least 6-7 cm).

6. Fry the sticks for 1-3 minutes, then wrap them in napkins to remove excess fat.

Serve hot in its pure form or together with herbs and sauces, for example, tomato, garlic or mushroom. To prepare garlic sauce with sour cream, it is enough to mix 250 grams of sour cream with two squeezed heads of garlic and the juice of the third part of a medium-sized lemon. Then add finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Dilute the finished sauce with boiled water to the consistency of kefir.


Salty Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:

  • flour - 400 grams;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • butter - 120 grams;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • dry yeast - 15 grams;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • salt and caraway seeds to taste.

Cooking Technology:

1. Dilute the yeast with sugar in warm milk (24-28 ° C).

2. Melt the butter in a pan.

3. Pour the yeast solution into flour, then beat one egg in it, add salt and melted butter.

4. Knead the steep dough, put it in a deep plate and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5. Roll cold dough with a thin layer 5-6 mm thick, then cut narrow strips 2 cm wide and 10 cm long.

6. Beat one egg.

7. Put the sticks on a baking sheet, grease them with a beaten egg, sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds on top.

8. Bake in the oven until golden brown.

How to Cook Salty Cheese Sticks with Sesame Seeds

1. Grate hard cheese on the smallest grater available on the farm.

2. Mash the butter until creamy or beat with a mixer.

3. Add 2 egg yolks to the butter and mix until smooth.

  4. Add cheese to the dough.

5. Add flour and salt at the end.

  6. Knead the dough with your hands and say it in a bowl, put in the refrigerator for an hour or several hours.

7. After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator, put it on a sheet of parchment, cover with a second sheet from above and roll it into a layer 3-5 mm thick.

  8. Using a curly or ordinary knife, cut into strips.

  9. Place the sticks on a baking sheet covered with parchment, a silicone mat, or a silicone mold with a flat bottom. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.

10. Bake cheese sticks in preheated to 180 C for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough.
