Pies with sausage and cheese can be prepared for morning tea or coffee, or for a snack as a snack. These pies can be served for the first and second courses. Dough for pies can be prepared manually or entrusted with a batch of bread maker. I chose the second option.

To prepare the pies, prepare the necessary products from the list.

Meanwhile, while preparing the dough, you can chop the cheese and sausage. I have 2 types - boiled and boiled-smoked. Try to chop the cheese the same size as the sausage.

Remove the dough from the bucket and put on the board, slightly dusting with flour.

Divide the dough into pieces of 40 g. I got 16 pieces.

Roll each ball into a cake to the size so that you can pinch the filling. Put cheese in the center, and sausage on it.

Collect the dough in the center and pinch all the seams. It will turn out to be tricorne pies.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and put the pies seam down. I made the second pies in the form of a dumpling so that I could distinguish the filling. Grease the top of all the pies with whipped yolk.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake pies for 20-25 minutes. Ruddy and delicious snack cakes with sausage and cheese are ready!

    The first thing we do is prepare the dough. We draw your attention to the fact that for this we will use a bread machine, although you can completely do without it!

    So, we will dilute dry yeast in fifty milliliters of milk, and also add salt, sugar and sour cream to them. Now we send flour, milk, as well as sunflower oil to the bowl of the breadmaker and begin the process of kneading the dough.

    At the end of the first batch, you should also send a yeast mixture to all the ingredients listed above, as well as some flour, but this is only if necessary. Next, the oven should knead the dough again.

    Now we take out the dough from the bread machine and roll it very thinly (the width should be approximately 3-5 mm).

    Now let's get into the filling: we will cut the sausage into thin strips, and grate the cheese on a medium grater.

    We spread the filling on the dough, trying to distribute it evenly. Then sprinkle it all on top with spices at your discretion. In this case, a mixture of dried vegetables was used.

    Now we divide the dough with the filling into approximately equal rectangles, which we subsequently roll into rolls.

    We spread rolls rolled by us in the form. It should look like in the photo, which follows below. Also, rolls need to be allowed to come up a bit. To do this, leave them in a warm place for thirty minutes.

    Now grease our cake with a beaten egg, and also sprinkle with sesame seeds and a small amount of poppy seeds.

    Pie with sausage and cheese should be baked at a temperature of 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.

  • Boiling water -240-250 ml. (the secret to making tasty and soft dough).
  • Vodka  - 1 glass (acts as a baking powder)
  • Sunflower oil -several tablespoons (approximately 4-6 tablespoons you should focus on your preferred elasticity).
  • Salt and sugar -1-1.5 tsp. (no more, do as you like, you can don’t add at all, since the filling is more significant in pies).

How to cook and fry:

  • All ingredients (flour of the last) are gradually poured into boiling water and knead with hands. So the dough will be homogeneous.
  • The dough should be lying, 20 minutes is enough. This will help swell the fiber in the flour and make the dough more dense.
  • Divide the entire mass into two identical parts
  • After that, roll it into a thin layer and start cooking by putting the filling dough on the layer (see the filling options below).
  • Thinly rolled the second half, put on top of the filling and a glass cut the pies (cup, mold, saucer). This is done according to the principle of forming dumplings, but the edges should not be wrapped, just leave them flattened.
