Despite the fact that the recipe is from the budget category, this egg roll stuffed with will decorate any holiday table. As the filling, I used the usual "cheese" type processed cheeses, but you can cook this wonderful snack with any products that are in the refrigerator. You can use crab sticks, minced meat, liver pate or any tender cream cheese, for example with mushroom flavor. As you see here, there is a lot of room for imagination! I think that any hostess will be delighted with such an appetizer, because this roll of cheese is being prepared in almost a few minutes, and the result is impressive. And each time experimenting with fillings, you can get a new and interesting taste. Ingredients:

  • an egg - 2 pieces.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • flour - 1 tbsp. spoon with a slide.
  • processed cheese - 3 pieces.
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves.
  • salt to taste.

  • mayonnaise to taste.

How to cook omelette roll with filling:

Since it is desirable to fold the roll in a warm state, first of all we will prepare the filling. Three cheeses on a grater, and to make it more convenient to do, you must first hold them a little in the freezer.

Add garlic and any fresh herbs to taste to the curd cheese, I had dill.

We fill the filling with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

To prepare the omelet, beat the eggs and a pinch of salt. If the filling is sufficiently salty, then the eggs may not be salted at all. Add sour cream.

Mix and add a spoonful of flour with a small slide.

Once again, beat everything until smooth.

Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil, heat and pour the egg mixture evenly distributing it. I have a large pan, 28 cm in diameter, and I have one roll. If you have a small pan, then this amount is enough to cook two rolls or one, but thicker.

Alternatively, the bottom of the mold is pre-coated with baking paper. I did not want to bother with the oven, so I still stopped in a pan.

Cook the omelet on low heat for just a few minutes. Our task is not to fry the mass, but only to wait for it to seize. Put the finished omelet on a flat surface. I put the bottom side up, so that the outside of the roll looks more tender, with a pleasant yellow tint.

  Distribute the filling evenly on top, stepping back a little from one edge.

Then tightly pressing the omelet with your hands, turn the roll.

I served the roll almost immediately, but I recommend wrapping it with cling film and putting it in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Then the roll soaked will be more dense and it is better to keep in shape.

In a bowl I combine eggs, mayonnaise, salt.

Using a mixer, beat the ingredients.

I cover the baking sheet with parchment, carefully lubricate it with vegetable oil. I use a baking sheet measuring 35 * 30 cm. If you use a smaller baking sheet, the egg dough will be thicker.

I pour the dough onto a baking sheet.

I bake the roll base in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

I turn the parchment with the base on a towel, carefully remove the parchment. Let the base cool.

Grate processed cheese, add mayonnaise, chopped herbs, chopped garlic.

I mix the ingredients. The filling is ready.

I spread the filling on the egg base with a spoon.

Using a long knife, level the filling.

I turn the base with the filling in the form of a roll.

I wrap the roll in cling film and place in the refrigerator for several hours.

I remove the film and use a sharp knife to cut into pieces.
