No milk, no eggs, I wondered if it would turn out deliciously? Looking ahead, I’ll say that I haven’t eaten such delicious pancakes yet. I still can’t believe that the dough is kneaded with plain water, I won’t even try to replace it with milk, because it’s not at all necessary, it’s just nowhere to taste and not always, the more products, the better the finished dish. Lush, delicate, airy, soft, not rubber, which is very important! With honey or jam, it's just fantastic! In general, I’m impressed, if you still don’t know such a recipe, be sure to pay attention to it and try to cook it. There are not so many such recipes from the “nothing sweetie” series and I really appreciate them when they come across. By the way, if you knead the dough a little thicker, then you can bake donuts that have a hole inside and which were previously sold in stores - one to one is obtained.

To bake such delicious pancakes I needed:

water - half a liter

sugar - 2 tbsp.

salt - 1 tsp

flour - 500 gr

yeast - 1.5 tsp

Cooking:
